Solange Knowles wasn’t happy about recent reports suggesting Beyonce paid for her Honeymoon, and her camp wanted to make it clear that Solo has her own money. Perhaps that’s a good thing considering she’s been slapped with a $55,000 tax lien.
TMZ writes:
Solange needs to settle up with the State of California, which claims she owes more than $55,000 in taxes for 2010-12.
And to add insult to injury … the tax lien was filed 3 days after Solange tied the knot.
Apparently Solange knew nothing about the lien because she tweeted the following:
People are acting like 55k is a lot of money. She’ll pay that off easy.
TMZ is always doing the most. It’s not like she owes a million dollars.
You know who’s paying them to be shady tho.
I love Solange. She’s very down to earth.
