Kandi Burruss isn’t afraid to go toe to toe with NeNe Leakes, and this year she’s had some words for the original housewife because she’s annoyed by her new friendship with Phaedra Parks.
But Kandi wants viewers to know she feels NeNe was just trying to play the victim at the reunion.
She tells PEOPLE:
“NeNe made herself the victim this year, like, ‘Oh, Kandi is hating on me.’
“Every year NeNe and I have had some type of words exchanged, whether it’s on the show or off the show.
“We’ve never really had a great relationship until her and Cynthia [Bailey] stopped being friends, then it was cool to be okay with me and Phaedra [Parks]. So, for me, it’s like, she’s never really been our friend, so why are you talking about me to her?”
I don’t think Nene is making herself out to be the victim, that’s mainly what Kenya does. All Nene is doing is pointing out the obvious. Kandi doesn’t like her, Claudia was hired to constantly attack Nene, and Cynthia blows with the wind. Out of all of them, Nene has been the most transparent one this season. She’s stating the obvious and they can’t stand it.
I can’t stand Kandi anymore she is really showing her true colors. Notice nobody on RHOA ain’t really said too much about the reunion except Kandi. First she was just talking about Phaedra now she talking about Nene. Now she accused Phaedra of throwing her under the bus for sympathy but she is the one throwing people under the bus for attention. Kandi needs to sit her weak a-s down somewhere.
Well that’s ok because Kandi has made herself out to be a victim for like 3 seasons now with the Mama Joyce and Todd thing so what’s the problem?
This. I see everyone is a hypocritical mess this season.
Now that I know Kandi is good friends with Carlos, everything is starting to make sense now. I’ll leave it at that.

Kandi is still salty that Nene was a better friend to Phaedra than she was. No one told her to drop her friend and side with Todd and Apollo…that was trifling.
Nene has been acting like it’s her against the world the entire season. Now I understand her having issues with Claudia and Carlos because it’s obvious what happened there, but I don’t think Kandi is out to get her. Kandi just isn’t afraid of her and never has been so she speaks her mind.
I really used to like Kandi but I hate that she’s basically Team Pretty now.
Seethe.
I honestly don’t think she’d be going this hard at Nene if Nene didn’t get cool with Phaedra.
Kandi is really pressed about Nene. She has never given her this much attention before.
Kandi and NeNe have never been cool but it’s pretty clear Kandi is mad about the Phaedra thing. But she can’t really be mad at anyone but herself. She should have been more supportive.
All she talks about now is Nene and Phaedra. LOL.
Well now that Todd is cool on her a-s in bed, she looked real stupid talking about sex all the time like she normally does. So aside from her Mama and Nene and Phaedra, she ain’t got nothing else to talk about.
They are all grown a-s females that could benefit from a cup of grow the f««k up. They’re ridiculous and all think they’re victims in drama they create or instigate. I just can’t believe people actually say sh-t like team (insert some other woman’s name that’s not you)….now that’s mind boggling. Reality tv has some females reverting back to childhood.
I swear to god you guys have no sense, cause y’all are CLEARLY Nene stans. Kandi is REAL chick, she is REALER than real. They can’t stand each other from day 1 and now all of a sudden they need to hang out? C’mon…
I have been waiting for this day forever. The only I was not cheering for Kandi, was because of her friendship with Pheadra! Now that is over, I can really support her. Kandi is not evil, she is the most neutral one. Pheadra is THE DEVIL and her relationship works with Nene because they share the same devil blood.
We have no sense because we like a housewife you don’t? Yet another person pressed about Nene having fans. I think you’re the one who lacks sense if you as an adult can’t grasp the fact that not everyone has to like the same people. Y’all need to grow up and accept everyone doesn’t hate Nene. Why does that bother you so much? Grow up.
Ain’t sh-t real about Kandi. She is faking her storyline with her mom and Todd because she’s money hungry. She was f-cking married men before RHOA because she has no morals. She broke up Xscape because she was f-cking for tracks and the lead singer spot. Kandi ain’t nothing but an old hoe. I laugh at you youngins who are too young to know Kandi’s tea. Oh and her networth is exaggerated like hell. Yall better hope nobody from the A gets fed up and spills all her tea. Yall stanning for a fraud.

I find it hard to believe Kandi and Phaedra are really done. I think they will will eventually make up.
