Blac Chyna and Tyga are at odds right now because Chyna and her mom are furious about an interview his grandmother allegedly gave to Kardashian affiliate Daily Mail (Tyga later claimed the interview was fake), but sources claim Chyna plans to get the last laugh by filing for primary custody.
TMZ writes:
Sources connected with Blac Chyna tell us she hired a top divorce lawyer last week and will file legal docs asking for primary physical custody. She does not want 2-year-old King Cairo bouncing from home to home during the week because he’s going to start preschool soon.
But Chyna’s issues run deeper. She has a problem with Tyga because he’s dating a minor, and she believes that shows bad judgment that translates into his parenting skills. Chyna also doesn’t want Kylie Jenner to have substantial time around the kid because she believes Kylie lacks maturity.
She’s willing to give Tyga weekend visitation, but that’s it.
You have to take this report with a grain of salt because it’s widely known in the media industry that Kris Jenner and Harvey Levin (owner of TMZ) are good friends, and just like Daily Mail, E! and Radar Online, the website is known for pushing the Kardashian agenda.
You also have to keep in mind that when Blac Chyna and Kylie originally started their ongoing social media beef, TMZ claimed Tyga was filing for primary custody because Chyna is a bad mom, but he never filed the paperwork.
So time will just have to tell with this one.

Exactly! And I would say that his choices thus far would definitely help her in court. Dating Kylie is enough for him to lose shared custody!

Tyga will lose if this does happen.
I hope this is true and I always wondered why Chyna didn’t do this sooner. Bottom line you running around here sleeping with a teenager you shouldn’t have custody of your son. If the judge is fair Tyga should lose custody easily all the proof is in the media just pull up the Kanye interview when he says Tyga and Kylie are in love.
I don’t blame Chyna. Since Tuga got with Kylie, she’s been getting slandered in the media and Kylie literally rubs all of this in her face just to upset her. I wouldn’t want my child around these people either. We’ve already seen what they do to people. You hook up with one of them and your life goes downhill fast. Kids should be kept far away from them.
What took her so long?
It needs to happen. The Kylie and her family need to stay away from King. HIs dad may not have good judgment about who to be around but King shouldn’t have to pay for that. I hope she does it.
He’s just not cute to me.
Kylie will have to give him an allowance for his child support since he’s always getting sued for not paying somebody.
I think this is why Chyna didn’t start responding to stuff until recently. She was silently getting all her ducks in a row and getting all her receipts in order. Smart.

I’d take my baby out of there too. Kris raises nothing but whores and trash. Can’t have your child around that.
