Drake saw massive sales with the surprise release of his latest mixtape and now he’s dropping a new music video.
Gossip Cop writes:
Drake released the music video for his latest single “Energy” on Friday, in which he’s seen impersonating a number of stars, including Kanye West, President Obama, Miley Cyrus, and Justin Bieber. This is the first music video to accompany one of Drake’s songs from his latest mixtape, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. Watch the video below.
In the video, Drake superimposes his face on a slew of celebrities during different memorable moments. For example, Drake’s face is seen on West’s body as he rides a motorcycle with Kim Kardashian straddling him in the “Bound 2″ video. He’s also taken over Cyrus’ body in her video for “Wrecking Ball,” and is inserted into Bieber’s Calvin Klein underwear commercial. Other impersonations Drake does include Oprah while Tom Cruise jumped on her “Oprah Winfrey” couch, and Rob Ford during a late night TV show spoof.
So that was kind of weird.
That’s a weird video.
That was interesting.
Well alright. I like the song though.
When Drake has facial hair he’s actually attractive to me. This video was dumb tho.
Yasssssssss
I love the song but the video didn’t do it for me.
Stupid as f-ck.
I don’t get it.
