  1. This is dumb. Let’s call a thing a thing. Karrueche was trying to get on when she met Chris and if I’m not mistaken, she was a struggling stylist still moonlighting at a retail job. She would have most likely ended up like most girls who dream of fame in LA bar tending for the rest of their lives because they never got that shot. Chris was Kae’s one shot. He may have treated her like trash but he damn sure helped her get to the position she’s in because dating him put her in the limelight. The same thing can be said about Amber Rose and even Nick Cannon. Some people just upgrade you and being with them gives you opportunities you didn’t really have before. It is what it is. Make your money but don’t try to pull one over on the public. We’re just calling it like we see it.

    1. Real talk…people kill me trying to rewrite history. She needs to stay employed or he won’t get paid so whatever people say shouldn’t matter

    2. Thank you. I mean she’s still slaying but she can’t be out here pretending she put herself on. That’s a lie.

    3. Agreed. She’s doing great for herself but she and her team need to realize that they ain’t fooling nobody. She’s that Kim K app come to life.

  2. We wouldn’t be talking about Karrueche today if she never got with Chris. To make this a s-xism thing is beyond weak and delusional. She should own her past with him and stop taking it so personally. Chris gave her the opportunity and fame and now it’s totally up to her to make it last.

  3. How long did she take the acting classes because her acting is sh-tty. And I see her manager is trying to play the sympathy card. He does this whenever Kae isn’t getting enough attention in the media. We all know Chris gave her an opportunity she couldn’t get on her own. Sh-t that’s why she put up with his bullsh-t for so long.

  4. People won’t really stop linking her to Chris until she gets another famous boo and even then that link won’t die. Same thing happened with Amber Rose. People were still linking her to Kanye even after she married Wiz. When people aren’t introduced to you from your talent, it’s hard to change their minds.

  5. Meh, to deny Chris’ role in her success would be silly. Even now, Jacob is the one getting Karrueche all these opportunities. She just isn’t self made. Now there are women who make it in this world on their own merit but Kae isn’t one of those women. I don’t know why it hurts her when people state such. It’s not a crime to benefit greatly from a past relationship.

  6. One minute she doesn’t want people to ask her about Chris and the next her manager is writing open letters about said relationship on social media for attention. They should pick a narrative and stick to it.

  7. That’s like saying Kendall Jenner would be the model she is today without her family being who they are. That girl cannot walk and looks like a dead fish in the eyes….but she’s famous. Same thing with Kae. Chris put her on….point, blank, period!

  8. I disagree. Chris gave Karrueche a platform and Jacob is the one who gave her a brand. I agree with Get Busy. She’s not self made. Whatever she was doing before both of these men wasn’t getting her anywhere but retail jobs. She was never a real stylist until Chris.

  9. I have no problem with Karrueche. At least she is actually out here trying to work and make a living for herself. She’s not on Instagram posting multiple selfies of her butt and saying dumb things in interviews for attention. She works and minds her business. And unlike Amber Rose, she wants to be known for talent while Amber wants to be known and recognized for her body (yet calls herself a feminist smh).
