According to her most recent interview, Idris and Naomi aren’t dating and they have just been close friends for years.
She tells Sway in the Morning:
“I don’t know why [people thought we were dating]. Because I’ve known Idris for like for 10 to 15 years, 15 years. And when he takes a picture of me on my fashion events for my charity, no problem there.
“All of a sudden, bing-bam-boom, we’re a couple. It’s craziness. I mean we are very good friends. I trust him. We have a great friendship.
“I mean, I’ve never had the press push me to be with someone and it’s so wrong. I love him as a friend dearly. I always will. So that part they got right but they got it in all the wrong context.”
Nowadays if you don’t want to be “dating” a person, don’t be seen with them, or the media will run with the rumors.
Hmm well Naomi does have a type and that is wealthy and powerful business men. So Idris may not even be her type and I can believe they are just cool and nothing more.
Agreed. They would make a hot couple though but Idris would just dog her out like all the others.
Her last ex was married. From what I’ve read about him, he’s just a white and richer Idris. Lol!!

Oh good to know. After all we’ve been hearing about Idris I don’t want any of my faves messing with him. He did a number on K Michelle too and you can tell she’s still in love with him. I don’t need that to happen to Queen Naomi.
She has to know the media only ran with the rumors because she was hanging out with him all over town after his breakup was confirmed. But I’m glad she cleared that up. I was worried for a second. LOL.

Thank goodness. Idris is fine but I know how much of a mess he is now and I don’t wish that on anyone now.
