Chris Brown Shuts Down His Baby Mama in Court, Again

According to TMZ, Nia Guzman’s request for full custody was shut down and she has been ordered by the judge to pay Chris’ attorney fees too.

TMZ writes:

Sources connected to Chris tell us, Nia Guzman struck out on every single request regarding custody of 2-year-old Royalty. Nia wanted full custody — DENIED. She wanted Chris to have monitored visitation — DENIED. She wanted to deny Chris’ mom the right to see the kid — DENIED. She wanted Chris to submit to drug tests — DENIED.

The judge maintained the status quo — joint custody. Chris continues to get Royalty 12 days a month.

When Nia filed her legal docs asking for a change in custody the judge ordered Chris to pay her $20k so she could afford a lawyer. But she lost so hard, the judge said Nia wasn’t entitled to the money and gave Chris a credit.

There was supposed to be a separate hearing on child support. Nia is currently getting $2,500 a month from Chris but she wanted nearly $16k. Nia has now dismissed her support petition.

  1. His baby mama really needs to stop trying to get more money out of him. She’s not going to ever win this. I hope she is done trying.

  2. OMG, did ya’ll catch the 20k that Chris was ordered to pay and so he did and now the judge says that Nia isn’t entitled and gave Chris a 20k credit. She will not be getting anything for several months as he has a credit of $20k. She had better spend lightly. This happened to Matthew Knowles when he went to court stating that he does not make that type of money anymore and it was founded that the money he had already paid ended up being an overpayment which left a huge credit and so he did not have to pay her for over a year or two.
