First Week Sales Projections Released for Solange’s ‘A Seat at the Table’

According to Hits Daily Double, Solange’s album sales have been surging and it’s all because of the great buzz its been getting on social media.

Hits Daily Double writes:

Columbia’s Solange is now in the running for the #1 position on our SPS chart this Friday with her A Seat at the Table, trending considerably better than most new releases. Monday marked the album’s biggest sales day yet, an indicator of strong word of mouth for the R&B set, which is earning critical acclaim as well (and has been sitting in the #1 spot at iTunes for a while now).  Messrs. Stringer, Klaiman and team are so happy that they’ve all decided to get their hair did. Stay tuned for updates.

Solange could manage to sell 57-62k copies in week one.

  1. Well deserved. She is so underrated as an artist! She’s dope and “A Seat at the Table” is an amazing album!

  2. I love Weary, Cranes in the Sky and Don’t Touch My Hair. Musically this has been a great year for me. Lemonade and A Seat at the Table are masterpieces.
