Sherien Almufti’s ex is not feeling her relationship with Apollo, and he tells Radar Online that it’s not acceptable for her to bring their daughter to prison when she visits Phaedra Parks’ ex husband.

Nida, 37, announced Monday that he is engaged to Sherien Almufti, a New Jersey real estate agent originally from Jordan. Not long after, Derrick Copes, who has been divorced from Almufti for two years, reached out to Radar to reveal why he is upset over the whole situation.
“I’m not giving her child support right now because she’s taking my daughter to prison and I have asked her numerous times to stop doing that,” he told Radar. Copes normally pays Almufti $450 a month in support for their daughter.
“My daughter is eight years old, she is not happy to go into a prison,” he insisted. “If you want me to give you money, I will, but at the same time you have a responsibility to our daughter.”
As Radar reported, Nida is serving an eight-year sentence at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Facility in New Jersey, and Parks has never taken their sons, Dylan, 3, and Ayden, 6, to see their father.
But Almufti has taken her daughter, Copes said, and he is furious.
He blasted, “If Apollo is in my daughter’s life, that’s no problem — but don’t take her to prison. Phaedra doesn’t even take her kids to prison!”
Speaking of RHOA, Copes also claimed Almufti recently pulled their daughter out of school to go film the show.
“She took my daughter out of school a week an half ago to go to Atlanta to film,” he told Radar. “Who takes their kid out of school to go film when it’s not educational? That is not good parenting.”
He ripped Almufti, telling Radar, “I don’t want my daughter on the show. I don’t want her going to a jail.”
Why is she bringing her daughter to prison though? What the??
I can’t remember who it was on here but they said they believed this woman is only with Apollo so she could be on TV. I’m starting to think that person is right.
Phaedra did take the kids to see Apollo tho. And this “fiance” sounds like an opportunist.
you are correct, she did 1 time. The oldest son didn’t like it and due to the long drawn out initials, the youngest became very restless so she decided she was not going to take them anymore and has allowed them to talk to him on the phone.

Considering the producers wanted to keep her identity under wraps until the show’s started airing, I wonder how her attention-seeking behaviors are going to screw this up for her…

LOL. Apollo can’t be that charming. I think his new wife to be is just trying to get herself a peach by any means. I guess she’s trying to secure a new income stream before the recession kicks in.
