The Dirty reports Laura Govan failed to appear in court and provide financial documents for her on-going legal battle with retired NBA player Gilbert Arenas.
The Dirty can exclusively reveal NBA star Gilbert Arenas’ baby mama blew off a court hearing in their STD legal battle … and the judge wasn’t happy … and issued a bench warrant for Laura Govan.
Arenas sued his baby mama – they share 4 kids – accusing her of concocting an evil scheme to humiliate him in the press – and spreading lies about him giving her STD’s.
He explained Govan was bitter after he broke up with her. She decided to write an email to him with the line, “When I left you it was because I couldn’t take the STDs.” However, he claimed it was lies and she leaked it to the media.
The judge awarded Arenas a default judgement in the amount of $110,100 … ordering Govan to up to her baby daddy.
Back in January, Arenas filed docs in the case demanding Govan produce her financial information and records … for him to examine the amount of assets and property in her possession … to collect on the $110k he is owed.
Then on March 8th, a hearing was held in the case but Govan blew it off and never showed up. The judge wasn’t pleased and issued a bench warrant against Govan for her failure to appear.
Messy a-sses.
But set she now marketing herself as a “successful business woman on instagram?” Plus, she’s at the opening of an envelope, and I know she gets paid for appearnaces. My feeling is that she didn’t want to produce the docs his lawyers asked for because they would’ve shown her “real” income.
She really needs to get her life in order asap.
I hope she wouldn’t be dumb enough to lie about getting an STD cause that makes both of them look nasty espcially if he gave it to you more than once and you continued to stay.
