Evelyn Lozada’s return to “Basketball Wives” was a bit rocky since Tami Roman is upset with her for what she said in some interviews and Jackie Christie was upset that she donated money to Takari’s Go Fund Me campaign for her son’s major burn injuries.
However, in the season premiere, Jackie and Evelyn were able to come to an understanding over the donation, but that didn’t keep Evelyn from not showing up to Jackie’s “Glam Mom” party.
In fact, Evelyn told Jackie after the fact that she didn’t show up to the party because she feels weird being there knowing that Jackie isn’t on good terms with Takari.
Evelyn also told Jackie that she believes Jackie “dropped the ball” with Takari and hasn’t really been there for her or her grand-kids.
But Jackie told Evelyn that she was getting involved in something that she really knows nothing about and although she and Takari are sometimes estranged, she always provides when Takari needs it.

Ok she’s getting annoying now. What is being on TV going to solve? Seems like what she really wants is publicity.

Something is wrong with Jackie. She knows this has been a sore subject with her daughter. She knows that she treats her like a non-MF’n factor. Why even act happy go lucky with her and Doug’s daughter baby but not ever mentioning her oldest daughter having 3 – 4 kids and now another on the way. Jackie needs to fix this off camera and move on to another story line.
Dragging Jackie every week on Twitter won’t change things unfortunately.
I can’t say Takari needs to let it go. Jackie is her mom and being neglected by your own mother isn’t something you’ll just get over, no matter your age. But I do think she should just focus on her kids and being a better mom than hers was.
If Jackie can publicly talk about their relationship – why cant Takari. She dont have the platform Jackie has – so social media is how she give her truth about the things Jackie is saying. when she was on the show a few years ago – it was obvious their relationship was horrible and all Jackie seems to really care about and be proud of is Shantell….
