Saniy’yah had an explosive altercation with fellow “Basketball Wives” newbies Ashley and Hazel. Hazel had been on the show for the past few episodes and is Tami Roman’s “niece.”
Hazel had been in New York with Tami and the rest of the girls. On last night’s episode, Hazel invited Ashley to multiple events with the other cast members, including Saniy’yah’s event thrown by her family.
When Ashley first met Shaunie, Evelyn, and Bonnie Jill for drinks, she told the ladies how she knew Saniy’yah. According to Ashley, Saniy’yah was the stylist to her baby daddy Lou Williams but ended up sleeping with him. Apparently Saniy’yah told Ashley this after she broke up with Lou.
Despite this, Hazel got the bright idea to bring Ashley to Saniy’yah’s party.
At the party, Hazel and Ashley got int a physical altercation with Saniy’yah.
This also apparently soured Tami from associating with Saniy’yah due to Hazel being her “niece.”
Well after the show aired, Saniy’yah hopped into Instagram and completely aired out Ashley and Hazel. According to Saniy’yah, she put Ashley on the radar of “Basketball Wives” producers and helped her “secure the bag.” Saniy’yah felt completely disrespected by Ashley.
On Instagram, Saniy’yah wrote the following:
I can’t even believe what I’m seeing and hearing. ? I’m blown away at how a person I went hard for to PUT ON THIS SHOW and gave a STORY LINE to because her presence was boring… would turn on me AND use it against me for not even 8mins of fame!! ? Then again, I’m not even shocked. Desperate b****es, do desperate sh*t!! You desperately tried to keep your man and thought welcoming other b****es in your bed was a good idea. Until you let 1 BAD B**** outf*** you and steal your whole LIFE!!!! You desperately wanted to be on tv and thought it’d be wise to come at the one person that stood up for you and made sure you got a contract for BBWLA…. YOU’S A DUMMY B****!! Saniy’yah also called out Tami Roman for how she acted during the scene, mentioning that she and Hazel aren’t even relatives.
Welp she won’t be on the next season. They fire anyone who comes for Tami.

I don’t understand why she’s mad. This situation actually gave her a storyline. After the Cristen thing, she’s really been forgettable like most of the new girls.

Leech drama promoter Shaunie is exploiting women and in the same breath mentions “Women empowerment” ? Eve seems to think her “hoeness” has been / can be deleting ?.. All 3 can have a cold tall glass of Clorox on me?
It was weird that Tami kept calling Hazel her niece. Hell if that was really her niece she would have thrown hands that night to help her. She’s been on some weird sh-t all season long to be honest.

She won’t respond. Tami doesn’t respond to people who aren’t afraid of her.
This has been a very messy season. You can tell producers don’t know what they want to do. They have to stop hiring all these new people like this.

I didn’t like Saniya but that shyt they pulled at her dinner was foul. This season has not been a good look for Tami. No wonder she barely tweets about the show now.
I have to admit that I’ve been disappointed in Tami this season. She’s been very messy and phony and I’m just not here for it.
Actually I was a little confused because I could’ve sworn I saw Tami taking off some items like she was about to fight, and making her way towards the girls before it looked like someone grabbed her. I kept rewinding it just to make sure I wasn’t tripping lol. My confusion came because I thought to myself “what the hell does Tami has to do with it?” and then once she called Hazel her niece after the altercation, her reaction made much more sense.
I actually found this blog trying to figure out if that was her real niece lol. But I say all that to say, unlike you all, it actually did look like Tami was trying to get involved in the fight initially. Go back and watch right after Saniyyah hits Hazel. They cut the camera to Tami, and it looks like she was about to get involved until she was stopped.
