Cardi B is Fed Up

Azealia Banks and others have expressed on social media that they feel Cardi B did not have to work hard to get a number one song and popularity.

But Cardi thinks it’s ridiculous that anyone could think she didn’t have to work hard for her success.

During a recent rant on Instagram Live, Cardi said the following:

I really want people to stop saying that sh*t. There’s not enough money that Atlantic or nobody could ever pay for people to f*ck with me. Period. Period.

You can’t pay to go number one, bro. Because if you could pay to go number one, everybody would have a number one hit record on the billboard. Everybody. Everybody would have one. And it’s not my f*cking fault that I had one, my n*gga.

I still cannot get adjusted to people popping off sh*t about me. I’m trying to do what these celebs do, and be discrete about things when people say hate and sh*t…not to respond back but it’s so hard for me because I’m not used to that sh*t.

Every since 2014, I’ve been trying to push sh*t. Everybody be like, oh this sh*t happened over night. No it didn’t, my n*gga…I submitted a whole lot of songs.

I’m just tired of people trying to discredit every f*cking hard work that I’ve been through. Every tear, my n*gga. Every tear! Every hard work, every sleepless night!

You’re not going to take that sh*t away from me because you feel like it was easy for me because of the way I look or because I have followers. A lot of people have followers and a lot of people are trying to be artists and they can’t make it. If it was that easy, everybody would have been doing it. A lot of these realty stars on TV trying to be artists, and they can’t make it, my n*gga.
