Although Jennifer Hudson’s breakup from her longtime fiancé David Otunga has gotten ugly, things may be smoothing out between them.
According to the Blast, Jennifer performed a complete 180, dropping the restraining order she got against him.
The Blast writes:
Jennifer Hudson has decided to drop the restraining order she got against the father of her child, David Otunga.
A judge signed off on the motion yesterday in Cook County, Illinois.
A source close to Hudson tells The Blast she made the decision voluntarily and that Otunga agreed never to return to her home.
As The Blast previously reported, Hudson claimed that on November 15, Otunga pushed her while she was holding their child. She said in her filing, “I am afraid that D. Otunga will continue to physically intimidate and abuse me. He has a history of physical and emotional abuse, and I am afraid that his physical attacks will continue to escalate, especially due to the contentious nature of our parentage proceedings.”
TMZ is also reporting that David Otunga was granted temporary, primary custody of their son. Jennifer is in the UK shooting footage for “The Voice.”
Hopefully they will be able to coparent with no more drama.
Mess.
Somebody probably got in her ear saying if you don’t play nice this man could end up with custody and may not let you see that child because I doubt very seriously if he was the stay at home parent the judge would not just snatch him away and give it to the other parent who constantly travels and have him raised by a nanny for no good reason. Just bought him having custody now proves my point.
