Mariah and Lucy discuss the Mother’s Day event and Heavenly’s apology.
They both agree that Ms. Renee was completely off the chain.
“I was like this is Team Too Much.” – Mariah
Meanwhile, Quad and Heavenly catch up at a restaurant and discuss Mariah’s Mother’s Day event.
Heavenly tells Quad that Mariah gave Toya an award and Quad says Mariah has been hot on Toya a lot lately.
Heavenly then tells Quad about what she feels was a shady speech about her in which Mariah thanked Toya for never talking about her mother when they weren’t on good terms.
Lucy says she doesn’t know what to think about Heavenly’s apology.
She also says she didn’t know rather the apology was sincere or not.
Heavenly says that she doesn’t feel like Mariah actually wants to move forward and leave the past in the past. So Heavenly is now ready to go to war with Mariah.
Quad of course has no problems with this.
Contessa and Ms. Renee discuss her behavior at Mariah’s Mother’s Day event.
Contessa asks Ms. Renee if she remembers what happened at the event. She says she does but she just felt out of place.
In a green screen interview, Contessa says she thinks Ms. Renee may be jealous of all the ladies.
After Ms. Renee makes it clear that she doesn’t care what the group thinks of her, Contessa says she does and she wants to plan an event to give her a do over.
An event planner then comes by to help Contessa plan everything out.
“I just kind of want everything to be perfect.” – Contessa
Ms. Renee suggests they have a 90s theme.
Curtis and Dr. Jackie talk it out.
Curtis comes by the house to discuss everything with Dr. Jackie.
In a green screen interview, Dr. Jackie says she’s willing to sit and listen to what Curtis has to say even though she originally wanted to get a divorce.
He immediately asks if she’s been locking the doors at night and she says she has.
She thanks him for the flowers and all the gifts he’s been sending her.
“You know, things don’t fix the problems.” – Dr. Jackie
He tells her he knows this and he only did those things to let her know she has been on his mind.
He tells her he loves her and misses her.
“How do you fix humiliation?” – Dr. Jackie
“I know it’s been hard on you.” – Curtis
She then tells him that the situation has made her reflect on her past hardships like surviving cancer and her dad’s death.
“However, I think this tops them all.” – Dr. Jackie
Curtis says he feels he took advantage of her and he’s willing to take responsibility.
He asks her to just take some time and think about what she wants to do.
She says they should start small and only see each other in private at the house because she’s not ready for the world to see her with him again.
He agrees.
The fellas hang out at Cecil’s man cave in the basement, Dr. G vents about his issues with Quad.
Cecil tells the guys that he took out money from his joint account with Simone to create an app. Simone is not happy abut this because he didn’t talk to her before he did it.
Quad hangs out with her friend Emily and tells her about her fight with Dr. G.
“We are not seeing eye to eye at all…”- Quad
She tells Emily that she doesn’t feel appreciated and Dr. G blew up when she told him this.
Dr. G tells Cecil and Contessa’s husband that Quad couldn’t even tell him specifically what she needs from him.
Cecil says it sounds like they are having an issue communicating with one each other.
He also admits that he’s not in a good place with Simone.
“But it’s okay…it’s going to happen.” – Cecil
Cecil tells Dr. G to just put in the work required to make things better.
Quad tells Emily that she can’t keep sacrificing who she is just for there to be peace in her marriage.
She also invites Emily to Contessa’s pool party. She accepts the invite.
Dr. Jackie shows off her new look book to Dr. Simone. She recalls how there was drama with the ladies at the shoot. Regardless, everything turned out perfect.
She tells Simone that Curtis came by to the house and they had an honest conversation.
“I took no ownership for what Curtis did.” – Dr. Jackie
Simone says she did nothing wrong and Jackie says she didn’t like that Curtis says they are both living in pain. She feel she’s the one who was actually embarrassed by his cheating.
She has decided to keep the lines of communication open with Curtis and figure out if they can work things out.
Miss Renee goes too far.
Dr. Contessa is still getting things ready for her 90s pool party and even has low riders.
She’s really hoping to impress the group.
She clashes with Ms. Renee after she asks her to feed the kids and Miss Renee says she has somewhere to be.
Contessa says she will just handle it herself and Miss Renee throws something at her on the way out.
“Fire me now because I don’t give a f*ck.” – Ms. Renee
“It looks like to me that I just lost my nanny.” – Dr. Contessa
Mariah and Heavenly almost come to blows.
After the blowup, everyone starts arriving.
Simone feels like Heavenly is still mad at her about what happened in New Orleans and felt she’s been cold to her.
When Mariah shows up with Toya, Heavenly is not happy.
In a green screen interview, Heavenly shades Simone’s 90s outfit.
“Looks like she’s eight months pregnant. Old a*s.” – Heavenly
When Quad rolls up, Mariah speaks to her and wishes her a belated birthday. Quad thanks her and apologizes for missing her Mother’s Day event. Mariah says it’s fine and she understands that she wanted to do other things on her birthday.
When Eugene rolls in with new Jordans, Toya tells him they aren’t supposed to be spending $150 a day on clothes. Eugene tells her he’s the one working multiple shifts, so he can spend what he pleases.
After Simone puts Heavenly on the spot for being cold towards her, Simone pulls her to the side with their husbands to discuss it.
Simone says she feels like Heavenly has been treating her differently and she doesn’t want their friendship to end.
Damon says that Heavenly cares about Simone. Heavenly gets emotional and says that Simone implied that she does not walk with Christ.
“I’m not perfect.” – Heavenly
They hug it out.
Dr. Contessa tells the group about her fallout with Ms. Renee and says she feels the blowup was out of character.
“Out of character? She’s pretty consistent.” – Toya
Simone tells Mariah that she felt like she threw shade at Heavenly during her speech to Toya. Mariah says she wasn’t trying to be shady. Simone isn’t buying it and invites the rest of the ladies over, including Heavenly, to discuss it.
Mariah and Heavenly start arguing about it.
Eugene then calls Simone out for instigating the drama. She blames doing so on tequila shots.
Mariah tells Heavenly that she didn’t shade her in her speech to Toya.
“It wasn’t about you.” – Mariah
“We know you lie because you’re a liar.” – Heavenly
“We’re not going to do that because you’re the biggest got damn lie up in here.” – Mariah
“Yo mama is a…I mean uh…” – Heavenly
After Heavenly remembers that she just apologized for taking shots at Ms. Lucy, Mariah goes off and things get even worse.
“There you go again.” – Mariah
Mariah then tells Damon to get Heavenly under control.
“Get your wife.” – Mariah
“Get your wife? He ain’t got to do sh*t. I’m right here. You come get me!” – Heavenly
Simone then instigates further and take Heavenly’s side about the speech.
“And we all felt that way!” – Simone
Mariah says that if they all felt that way, they should also care about how hurt her mother was by Heavenly’s comments.
“That woman done hit a b*tch in the head with a purse.” – Heavenly
“But it wasn’t your head!” – Mariah
Things get really intense and Heavenly and Mariah get in each other’s faces.
They are both restrained.

i swear Heavenly is the meanest broad on the show. She makes Mariah look like a saint. Why has no one slapped her yet?
Heavenly is always calling someone else fat. Did she forget what she used to look like? And it’s not like she’s skinny now.
Interesting how Heavenly can talk about everybody like a dog including her “bff” Simone and the group isn’t offended. Meanwhile, they gang up on Mariah all the time when the stuff she says ain’t nowhere near as bad as Heavenly. I’m just about over this show.
Me too. They act like Mariah is so horrible but remain silent about Heavenly’s behavior.
And this is why Momma Lucy didn’t accept Heavenly’s apology. It obviously wasn’t sincere so why be fake about it? And Quad is still pressed. Her whole world seems to revolve around hating Mariah and making sure everyone else does too. Had she placed more focus on her marriage just maybe it wouldn’t be a mess right now.
Is anyone going to talk about that awful housekeeper or whatever you want to call her of Contessa, I feel so bad for her she seems like a genuinely nice woman, and she treats Contessa like trash! that woman is a bitter and evil! She would have been so fired if she worked for me but I think I figured out why she acts the way she does, I think she’s jealous Contessa is on the show and has these new friends. I believe she wants her all to herself and acts differently when she’s around other people.
Ugh I can’t stand Heavenly. And Simone instigated that whole situation. It’s not tequila, it’s just her being her usual and messy self.
Contessa is way too understanding with Ms. Renee. That woman is not suited to be anyone’s nanny.
If your first comeback for everything is “Yo Mama” and you’re almost in your 50s, something is really wrong.
Simone is one of the most instigating and messiest people on the show. Drunk or sober, she is always the one who stirs the pot when Mariah comes around.
Ms. Renee should be cancelled, she made Contessa look bad and it wasn’t necessary if she says she felt out of place, so she thought acting like she did made it any better, cancel her. Heavenly, I’m sick of as well and always have been for in the real world she would have been cussed out & dropped as a pal. I don’t even recall saying ,”ya mama” when I was 10 and this ole hag saying it cause that’s all she got, she can’t fight with words because she has none. She’s a loser. Get her Contessa! Heavenly is worse then Mariah i’m wondering if the ladies are scared of her, someone should have called her out long before now.

I am glad you did, they are both terrible people, inside and out. Simone Too! All three can try to dish it, but can’t take it.
