TMZ reports Fabolous allegedly assaulted his long-time girlfriend Emily B. Cops arrived at his New Jersey home after Emily allegedly contacted authorities during a possible argument.
Although not arrested at the time, Fabolous arrived at the police station with his lawyer where the arrest occurred.
TMZ writes:
Fabolous was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly assaulting his baby mama, “Love and Hip Hop” star, Emily B … TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the couple tell us Fabolous turned himself in to cops in Englewood, NJ — where he and Emily live. We’re told Emily first contacted police, telling them Fabolous had hit her.
The rapper was accompanied by his attorney when he went to the police precinct. We’re told he did not spend time in jail … instead, he was cited for the alleged incident and given a ticket for his court appearance. We have a call in to his attorney.
Emily and Fab have 2 children together, ages 2 and 10.
The two have been dating for years, and their relationship was a topic of discussion during the first two seasons of “Love and Hip Hop.”
So is Emily going to finally leave him alone now or nah?
Their relationship has always been toxic.

Emily not going anywhere if they ever break up I bet you he will break up with her. Emily has put up with too much from Fab,not getting claimed, cheating,embarrassment, and now getting hit this probably not the first time either. She trying to hold out for that ring but at what cost.
She has a 2 year old, if she didn’t get a ring then she never will. Unless, she buys it her self.
He didn’t claim her until she became famous, still won’t marry her and puts his hands on her. He’s emotionally and physically abusive.
She needs to put her kids first and get out of this relationship. He’s not going to change.
