The Lawrence Hive made their presence known last season on social media.
It’s really no question as to why Lawrence quickly became a fan favorite on “Insecure.”
Many admitted they related to him being cheated on and they were hoping he would return for season 3.
The issue with that is Issa and Lawrence are no longer together and they got closure on the season 2 finale regarding their end.
So Issa Rae doesn’t think it makes sense to have Lawrence remain on the show since the characters aren’t getting back together.
A lot of fans are not happy with this decision.
Apparently some of them even teamed up to start a petition and pay for sponsored Facebook posts to make their voices heard.
Issa thinks this is just weird though.
