K. Michelle is having complications with her fake booty.
There’s been days when she couldn’t even walk and it’s getting worse.
So she and Moniece meet with a doctor to find out what she can do to remove the silicone.
When the doctor arrives, she tells him that she got injections five years ago and started having issues a year ago. One of her biggest issues has been fatigue during performances.
She starts breaking down crying and says the injections weren’t worth it. Moniece hugs her.
The doctor says the silicone injections have formed scar tissue and he won’t be able to take all of it out. He will remove all that he can.

Lyrica and Apple workout together.
They do the booty scoot and recap Lyrica’s confrontation with La’Britney.
In a green screen interview, Lyrica says she understands people want to work with her husband, but you can’t be disrespectful.
Roccstar is also discussed. Lyrica feels like his beef with A1 is silly and she loves A1 although they are now separated. She wants to work out their issues.
Apple gets a call from her dad. She just met him a few years ago after being in a foster care all her life. Her dad left her and her mom when she was young. Lyrica says she’s always wanted to know her dad so she’s happy Apple met hers.
But Apple is finding it hard to trust him. Lyrica urges her to give him a chance.
Akbar is helping Teairra workout.
Teairra says that she has to trust him when he says he’s not married.
She refuses to not trust her man.
Akbar has yet another woman in his life.
Brooke and Bridgett catch up.
After her blowup with Stassia, Brooke has another plan on how to make Marcus all hers.
Paris tells Brooke and Bridgett that Akbar may be married.
After this is said, Brooke says she has known Akbar for five years. He’s been a womanizer since she’s known him. But Brooke knows he is with another woman who is not Sade or Teairra.
A1 is conflicted after Lyrica defended him against Roccstar.
So he meets up with Marcus to talk and catch up.
Marcus reveals that Stassi is not pregnant and he plans on getting back together with Brooke.
They then discuss what happened at Donatella’s showcase. A1 admits he almost got into a fight with Roccstar. He appreciates how Lyrica remained loyal as he went at it with Roccstar.
Lyrica wants to talk things out with A1 and he’s interested in hearing what she has to say. Marcus says Brooke is crazy but she’s not a liar.
Amber Diamond, Cisco’s ex girlfriend, meets with Roccstar to see if they can get into a studio.
She tells him she’s been working on her music and feels he can take her to the next level.
Her mother Shun Love arrives and says she’s Amber’s manager. Roccstar says he wants $100,000 for a track. Her mother pulls out stacks of cash and hands it to him.
It’s $20,000. He will get another $20,000 after the song is finished.
K. Michelle is preparing for her first reversal surgery.
The singer is nervous because it’s the first major surgery she’s ever had.
She’s very scared but knows surgery is the only way she can get her health and life back.
Apple meets with her dad.
He wants to know what she wants from him. Apple wants to know why he left her when she was little and had four more kids. He has been in the lives of his other kids.
Her father said he didn’t know she was in the system and he would have gotten her out if he knew.
“So do you want to build a relationship with me?” – Apple’s dad
She admits she wants a relationship and he says he will get her into counseling so they can move forward.
Lyrica reveals some big news to A1.
She explains that things have just gone too far between them.
A1 admits that the rumor about Safaree really bothered him. Lyrica looks him in his eyes and said nothing ever happened with Safaree.
He says he wished she would have just said that from the beginning. He’s not going to work with La’Britney because she disrespected Lyrica.
But that’s not all Lyrica wanted to tell him. She reveals that she’s pregnant and that is why her emotions have been crazy.

Both are excited and wonder how they should deliver the news to their family.
K. Michelle is recovering from her first surgery.
She says Moniece has been one of her biggest supporters. She gets emotional because she feels like she put her health in jeopardy for something that wasn’t important.
Moniece says she too has had complications from her boob job. K. says she also feels like a lot of people aren’t being there for her. She wants to get revenge but Moniece urges her against it.
Roccstar is in the studio with Amber Diamond and she’s not a good singer.
He’s going to tolerate what he can for the money he’s been paid. But he thinks it’s time to reassess his life. He lies to Amber and tells her she sounds great.
Amber Diamond says that her mother is too hard on her. She feels she’s too controlling.
Bridget has been helping Brooke with her romantic surprise for Marcus.
Brooke has been trying on dresses. She hasn’t found one she loves yet.
Paris was able to find the other woman Brooke knows messes with Akbar.
Her name is Alejandra.
She goes to the gym to talk to her. Alejandra owns her own gym with Akbar and has for two years.
Nikki arrives and says Akbar is everyone’s man. Alejandra says she knows about Sade and Teairra.
“Second sister wife.” – Nikki
Alejandra and Nikki start arguing. Both make threats and when neither backs down, Paris suggests that she and Nikki leave the gym.
A1 and Lyrica plan a lunch to reveal the good news to A1’s family.
His mother, brother Loyd and sister in law Patrice are in attendance.
Loyd asks if they are getting a divorce. A1 says they are back together and he knows she didn’t sleep with Safaree.
Patrice says Lyrica just started to call her to have a relationship. Loyd feels like A1 has gotten too Hollywood. Patrice says that Lyrica told her that A1 doesn’t come home and they don’t sleep together.
Lyrica G. arrives and is ready to pounce.
She starts arguing with Patrice and security breaks them up. Lyrica gets angry that Patrice called Lyrica G. out her name and picks up a chair to throw it before being restrained by security.
