Porsha has gas.

Her stomach has been hurting all day and she tells Dennis she can’t walk.

Plus, she’s having a hard time relieving the gas.

In a green screen interview, Porsha admits she doesn’t fart in front of Dennis. But now that is going to change.

Noelle breaks down.

Cynthia is having a little go away party for Noelle at the house.

She’s excited that Noelle is going to Howard University.

However, she tells her sister Mal and friends she’s not really ready for Noelle to leave the nest.

When Noelle never makes it downstairs, Cynthia goes upstairs to check on her.

She finds Noelle in the bed and crying.

“I can’t do it.” – Noelle

Cynthia consoles Noelle and tells her that she can leave the house and start her college life.

But all Noelle can think of is she’s leaving in two days. It’s a scary reality for her.

After consoling Noelle, Cynthia tells the others Noelle isn’t doing too good. As she tries to refrain from crying, she politely asks everyone to leave so she can figure this out.

She calls NeNe and tells her Noelle is having a breakdown. NeNe tells her that Noelle will be fine and she’s going to have a change of heart when she gets to Howard.

Cynthia breaks down in tears.

NeNe gets off the phone and calls up Brentt while she’s at Swagg.

He was supposed to be there to help her but never showed up. So she demands he makes his way to the store.

Kandi confronts Mama Joyce.

Ace and Kandi stop by to see Mama Joyce.

Joyce just got back from a trip. She’s been on back to back vacations with her close friends.

She didn’t even make it for Xscape’s ASCAP ceremony.

They talk about the fact that Todd hasn’t been talking to Joyce.

He’s upset Joyce told Porsha Kandi marrying Todd was her turning a lemon into lemonade.

So now he’s done with her.

After Joyce tells Kandi she said it as a compliment, Kandi isn’t buying it.

“Mama, it’s a backhanded compliment.” – Kandi

Kandi tells Joyce that Todd was making six figures before they got together so he’s not some bum.

Although Joyce isn’t impressed, she agrees to still apologize to Todd.

Shamari catches up with her mom.

They discuss Shamari’s war of words with Marlo.

“Who’s the heifer who called me a b*tch?” – Shamari’s mom

Although her mother thinks Marlo uttered fighting words, Shamari tells her not to worry because Marlo is a loser with a rap sheet.

Things get emotional after her mother says she hopes Shamari understands now why she worked so hard while Shamari was younger.

Shamari says she does and her mother breaks down in tears. She consoles her mother.

As Noelle packs for college, her father Leon tells her to just live in the moment and be open to new experiences when she gets to Howard.

Marlo rubs Eva the wrong way, again.

Eva heads to wedding dress shop.

She says she doesn’t want a glammed up look.

NeNe pulls up in the parking lot and has Marlo with her. Apparently NeNe invited Marlo and did not ask Eva beforehand.

In a green screen interview, Eva wonders if NeNe is being shady by inviting Marlo.

Regardless, she remains a good sport and starts trying on dresses.

After Marlo tells Eva she needs to lose ten pounds, NeNe playfully checks Marlo.

“B*tch, you need to f*cking stop, b*tch with your big a*s booty and ginormous a*s hips! Eating cake, sandwiches, ice cream late at night. Going to the gas station for potato chips…lollipops.” – NeNe

Eva says she lost 30 pounds already and she just had a baby 13 weeks ago.

Marlo then gets shady and implies she should have lost more weight since she had a baby 13 weeks ago.

It’s a big day for Porsha and Dennis.

Porsha has a doctor appointment.

Dennis goes with her and they will see the baby for the first time (ultrasound).

She’s seeing the same doctor she saw when she was married to Kordell.

It’s an emotional and exciting moment for both Dennis and Porsha.

In a green screen interview, Porsha says she wouldn’t want to experience the moment with anyone other than Dennis.

Noelle and Cynthia make it to Howard University.

They start bringing her things into her dorm room.

Luckily, she will have the room to herself because things didn’t work out with her roommate.

Leon is a mile away.

The mother and daughter discuss how Noelle’s feeling as they wait on him.

She tells Cynthia she’s still afraid. But Cynthia feels like Howard is great for her since she’s always been the only child.

“You can do this, you know that, right?” – Cynthia

Noelle tries to be positive.

Gregg’s sons come by the house.

In a green screen interview, NeNe says that Bryson considers Gregg his father as well since Gregg raised him.

After everyone gets settled, NeNe and Gregg tell the kids that the doctors cut out the cancer from his colon. Although he’s cancer free, it’s been suggested that Gregg does chemo to prevent it from returning.

But Gregg says he doesn’t want to get chemo.

When Bryson says that he doesn’t want to ever get a colonoscopy, NeNe sets him straight. She tells them all it’s painless and catches cancer early.

Regardless, Gregg feels it’s a blessing he went through what he did because he can be example for younger men. He didn’t get tested and they shouldn’t make the same mistake.

Mama Joyce apologizes to Todd.

Kandi and Joyce check in on Todd.

They meet him at the second OLG location.

Even though Joyce and Todd hug each other, things are still cold between them.

In a green screen interview, Kandi says that Todd should get credit for his vision for OLG since it was all his idea.

So she tells both to have a conversation.

Joyce jokingly refers to Todd as her “little lemon.”

But they talk and Todd questions why Joyce would have a conversation with Porsha while they weren’t on good terms. He wants the family to be close but Joyce needs to not hurt Kandi with her actions.

Mama Joyce says Todd won her over because he treats Riley as his own. She respects Todd and sees how hard he works. So she apologizes.

Todd accepts and tells Joyce they are expecting two babies soon via surrogacy.

Kandi tells Joyce they aren’t officially moving forward with that just yet. Joyce then tells Kandi to remember that daughters are a handful. They all laugh.

It’s time for Noelle to face her new reality.

Noelle, Cynthia and Leon go out to eat.

Leon talks about how it was for him to go off to college.

He tells Noelle he had a great experience and it went by so fast.

“This is an accomplishment. This is a proud moment.” – Leon

After they wrap up dinner, they wait for an Uber. Noelle is saddened to learn she has to go back to her dorm alone since her parents are no longer allowed to come up.

She breaks down in tears, but Leon assures her she will be just fine.

As Noelle’s Uber pulls off, producers flashback to scenes of Noelle over the years.

Leon tells Cynthia that everything will be okay.
