Well it looks like Tommie may have made the right choice in not returning to LHHATL for the upcoming season.
As we recently reported, Tommie was accused of assaulting her own daughter at the child’s middle school.
According to the indictment filed in the state of Georgia, Tommie first disrupted the child’s class.
Then she allegedly slapped the child on the hands with her purse strap before slapping her in the face.
The indictment then claims Tommie followed that up with dragging her daughter by the hair down the hall before throwing her into a metal locker.
Tommie is facing three felony charges as well as four misdemeanors.
Prosecutors tell TMZ that Tommie could be locked up for 54 years.
