Looks like Peter Thomas has fresh legal problems on his hands.
He was recently arrested in Miami.
According to TMZ, the former husband to Cynthia Bailey was arrested for an out-of-state warrant.
Law enforcement sources informed TMZ that he was busted on Friday after getting off a plane at Miami International Airport.
The warrant was from Louisiana for allegedly writing fake checks.
He is currently being held without bond.
