Dr. Scott Metcalfe is struggling to adjust to Dr. Contessa Metcalfe going back to school in Tennesee. She’s studying Public Health and she wants to become Surgeon General. With Contessa being away in Tennesee most of the week, Scott has had to handle the kids on top of his demanding career. And it appears as if he’s a bit stressed and feeling unappreciated.
On the upcoming episode, Contessa returns home with McDonald’s for the kids. This irritates Scott because he had already fed the kids dinner. He expresses his frustration and it leads to an argument. Scott gets so angry that he storms off.
