Gizelle gives an update on her love life.
She says the last time she saw Sherman was in the gym. They didn’t speak. Sherman didn’t show up to Candiace’s wedding because he didn’t want to be around Monique after the comments she made. But she’s not blaming things on Monique because Sherman should have shown up for her. Karen says that whoever Gizelle dates never hangs around longer than a season.
But her ex-husband Jamal has been pursuing her and she’s enjoying it. They go out on dates often and they are taking baby steps to reconcile officially. Kaen says that Jamal is the only man who can handle Gizelle.
They discuss LaDame.
It’s still being sold at Bloomingdales. Karen says she owns her company. And she does have a partner. She does’t like that Gizelle has been shading her.
Karen going on Instagram Live during the New Orleans trip is discussed. She says that she wanted to stay in that night after going to the plantation and she needed to grieve. Gizelle doesn’t understand how someone can grieve on Instagram. Robyn agrees and Karen says she hasn’t asked Robyn how she can still love Juan. Andy then asks Karen about her move back to Potomac. She says that she and Ray are leasing for now.
Candiace’s mom Dorothy joins the stage.
Dorothy says that she was hurt that Candiace would invite her half brother to her wedding. She feels like that is Candiace throwing her “trauma” in her face. Andy tells Dorothy that he doesn’t feel like she’s healed from that situation. But Dorothy says she has and she’s been remarried for 25 years and had two more children.
The purse hitting incident is discussed. She shows Andy how everything happened and she denies she actually hit Candiace with her purse. She may have just “bumped” her instead. But Candiace says she had a welt on her forehead.
They talk about the house. Candiace says her name is on the house with Dorothy’s. And they both put a down payment on the house. She and Chris are paying the mortgage now. But Dorothy says, “If you say so.” Andy says that it’s still Dorothy’s house too.
Ashley’s comments are brought up and they start arguing. After Candiace calls Ashley a gold digger, Ashley calls Chris a gold digger. Dorothy then says Chris actually comes from a prominent family who owns a very successful business.
Ashley talks about her father.
She does admit that she does see some similarities between Michael and her dad. And she’s still hoping that they can connect at some point.
Ashley and Candiace discuss Candiace’s tweets. While Ashley feels Candiace hits below the belt at times, she says she believes Candiace crossed the line when she made comments about her miscarriage. But Candiace says she never said anything about Ashley’s miscarriage. And Gizelle did. Gizelle says that is false.
Andy reads one of Candiace’s tweets questioning what Ashley’s income is and she’s been “turning tricks” for years. She tweeted this the day Ashley gave birth. Candiace regrets nothing and refuses to apologize.
Ashley says Candiace is just nasty with her tweets and Candiace says Ashley is below her shoe. Ashley says she lives in a penthouse. And Candiace says that’s Michael’s house. Ashley says her name is on the deed and Candiace lives in her mother’s house.
Michael then makes an appearance from above.
