Madina goes off on Ryan.
At Ryan’s apartment, Ryan’s unaware a furious Madina is on the way, ready to take his head off for flirting in text messages. Madina arrives with Vina. Both go off on Ryan. Ryan says he thought he was texting somebody else. He apologized immediately and in his interview, he says Madina isn’t even “his swag.”
Irv opens up about his alleged infidelity.
Meanwhile, Angie and Deb head to the Chop House to meet up with Irv and JJ. Of course, things get tense between Deb and Irv. Angie says she can clearly see why her parents aren’t together. Things calm down, somewhat when they talk about the upcoming tour. Irv says he really doesn’t want to deal with certain people, like Ashanti. However, he understands he knows the fans want this.
This also frustrates Deb as she claims she was married to Irv when he allegedly began dating Ashanti. Things get tense with Irv when he tells Deb not to bring up the cheating. He shocks everyone when he gets really graphic about what Ashanti was allegedly strictly around for. And despite this, Irv and Deb still have each other’s backs and were close when Deb supported him during his federal court case. Deb says he has a grudge with Ashanti because she wasn’t around when he was on trial.
Will’s hosting a podcast and he has Lil Eazy E as a guest and Flavor Flav stops in. Flavor Flav has big news for Will and it isn’t good. He drops a bunch of life gems on both of them.
Later on, Angie, Brittney, and Vina are drinking around the campfire and Vina’s venting about Ryan. Interestingly enough, Brittney’s brother is hosting a pool party and all of them are invited. Next, Vina revealed her dad Kid Kapri didn’t settle down until he got older and that freaked her out. Meanwhile, Angie doesn’t want to deal with anyone in the industry thanks to what Irv put Deb through. Brittney wants a relationship like her parents as Ja Rule’s been with her mom for years.
Speaking of Deb, she has dinner with Ja Rule’s wife Aisha. They’ve known one another for years as they have been friends since the peak of the Murder Inc. era. They reminisce about the ups and downs of being married to rappers. Ja turned things around thanks to his prison sentence.
Ashanti and Lloyd are discussed and Deb says they all have to move on. In fact, Deb says she’s forgiven Ashanti.
Da’Zyna and YDB take a DNA test.
Da’Zyna and Quan are hanging out and Quan apologizes for his poor performance at JoJo’s showcase. He promises he’s going to take his career seriously and Da’Zyna apologizes for overreacting. The two hug and Da’Zyna cries. They also talk about YDB and if they are cousins, it still won’t stop YDB from pursuing her romantically. They are heading to the DNA testing office where they’ll meet Taniqua and YDB. YDB’s still trying to put a baby in Da’Zyna, cousins or not.
The next day, Will and Flavor Flav are hanging out and Will wants his own interview. But Flavor Flav has other plans and delivers some not so good news with him. During their talk, Will revealed how he didn’t want to go into the industry. He also has disdain for Flavor’s lack of involvement while growing up. Flavor doesn’t keep things too serious as Will talks about his feelings.
After Will leaves their lunch, Flavor calls someone to tell them it wasn’t the right time to reveal his health issue.
