Contessa plans a party.
Scott and Contessa are still having tension. She feels like Scott has been disinterested in her since she left school. Contessa’s party planner comes by to help her plan a massive birthday party for all of her kids. She wants to do this since she missed all three birthdays while in graduate school. The party will be around $15,000.
Quad goes on two blind dates.
Heavenly and Quad go to a restaurant because Heavenly has set Quad up on a blind date with a dentist she went to school with. His name is Dr. Henry Cook. In a green screen interview, Quad says Henry isn’t her type looks-wise.
Henry is 47. He has one child who happens to be a year old and he hasn’t been able to see the child because he’s had problems with the mother. Henry also doesn’t know his credit score.
In a green screen interview, Quad says she really doesn’t want to deal with baby momma drama.
Plan B comes and his name is Dr. Wakefield. He’s also a dentist. Dr. Wakefield joins the table and Quad is surprised so she excuses herself to the bathroom. Minutes later, Dr. Cook follows and tells Quad he just wanted to talk to her one last time before he left. In a green screen interview, Quad says this made her uncomfortable. Heavenly walks in and they share some laughs before going back to the table to talk to Dr. Wakefield.
Heavenly says he is divorced, he has 2 kids and he’s a multimillionaire with good credit. He says his last wife didn’t work out because she wasn’t ambitious enough. After Dr. Wakefield leaves, Quad says she wouldn’t date either man.
Simone helps Buffie with a health scare.
Buffie has a doctor’s appointment with Simone. She’s had a lump under her arm for about six months. Since she has breast cancer in her family history, she knows she needed to get checked out. Her mother even survived uterine cancer. Simone says it may be extreme mammary tissue. A mammogram will be needed.
Jackie and Curtis look at her new office. It isn’t finished yet but Cutis has been overlooking the construction.
Contessa and Scott agree to move forward.
It’s 30 minutes until the party starts for Contessa’s kids. She’s stressed out and getting on everyone including Scott about getting things in order. At this point, Scott is irritated and reminds her that he doesn’t work for her.
The women get there and Heavenly talks to Contessa about Scott. Contessa admits that they currently don’t have intimacy. Mariah sees Toya and her sons who tell Mariah that Contessa’s pool is dirty. Toya then says it’s too many kids in the pool.
Later on, Scott and Contessa agree that they need to stop being so snappy with each other.
Buffie gets good news.
Simone takes Buffie to get a mammogram. In a green screen interview, Buffie says she rarely gets good news when it comes to health. She’s struggled to become a mother and it hurts. But she’s glad to find out that she doesn’t have cancer and she will have to make some lifestyle changes like lowering her caffeine intake.
