Brittany is working things out with her mother.
Apple and Brittany B. catch up with Yo-Yo at her barbecue. Brittany says she’s been in communication with her mother and her mother even invited her to go to church with her. They also talk about music. Brittany and Yo-Yo recorded a song together, but Apple missed out.
It’s the night of Zell’s fashion show and listening party. Misster Ray is in attendance and he says that he’s in a great place with Zell. Not too long after Misster Ray arrives, A1 and Lyrica arrive together. They are trying to work on their marriage.
A1 slaps Misster Ray.
While Zell is giving a speech, Tricia goes off on one of A1’s friends and claims he pushed her to make room for A1. A1 denies this happened and Tricia gets upset and walks out of the show. Misster Ray is able to convince her to come back inside. However, when she comes back inside, she ends up getting into an argument with Zell’s girlfriend Divine. Things get pretty bad, and Star Divine tries to spit on Tricia. Misster Ray then walks Tricia outside to get a ride back home. While he’s doing this, Zell tells A1 and Lyrica that Mister Ray told him he heard A1 is not Ocean’s father. When Misster Ray comes back inside, Lyrica and A1 confront him. While Misster Ray tries to explain himself, A1 slaps him.
Security steps in and Zell’s girlfriend Star Divine gets mad. She calls out A1 for putting his hands on Misster Ray. Lyrica gets upset and Star Divine gets in her face. They also have to be restrained. While Zell may be on good terms with Ray, in a green screen interview, he says he disagrees that A1 was wrong to slap a gay man.
Boog isn’t happy with Fizz.
Micky shoots a music video for his new single. He’s funding his own career at this point. Apryl and Fizz come out to support. Fizz introduces Micky to an A&R rep from Empire.
Zell and Paris head to the gym. Boog meets them there not too long after. Both tell Boog about what went down with A1 and Misster Ray. They also talk about B2K’s finished tour. Since it was successful, Boog and Fizz want to go overseas. But it seems like Fizz’s relationship with Apryl may be the reason why that won’t happen.
Misster Ray spills some tea.
Apple, Brittany, Tricia and Misster Ray catch up. Ray is upset that A1 “sucker slapped” him. Apple says she will set up a sit-down so they can all hash things out. She did speak to Lyrica and A1. Both said they regretted what took place. At this point, Misster Ray feels like A1 is taking his anger out on him and he just repeated what he heard. Plus, he heard Lyrica has been seeing another man for the last four months.
Yo-Yo’s daughter Tiffany gives birth to a boy. It’s an amazing moment for Yo-Yo.
Fizz isn’t feeling Boog’s response to his relationship.
Boog catches up with Fizz in the studio. They talk about touring overseas. Boog says Omarion doesn’t want to move forward and he thinks this is due to Omarion not being okay with Fizz’s relationship with Apryl. Fizz disagrees and says Omarion will agree to it if the money is right. In a green screen interview, Fizz says Boog is starting to act like he’s not supportive of the relationship. And this makes Fizz second guess his friendship with Boog.
Brittany B. meets her mother at her church. They agree that they are ready to work on their relationship. Both also plan to go see Brittany’s oldest brother in jail. He’ll be happy to see that they are on good terms.
A1 apologizes.
Apple and Misster Ray meet up with A1. Before the conversation can even begin, Ray throws a drink on A1 and says he deserved it. But cooler heads prevail and A1 apologizes for slapping Ray. He says he was just hurt because they had established a friendship and he’s sensitive about his son. Ray then proceeds to tell A1 that Lyrica told him and Apple that she’s seeing another man. A1 says that no relationship is perfect and he’s committed to working things out with Lyrica.
