“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Candiace Dillard appeared on V-103’s “The Morning Culture” recently. And she and her attorney addressed the altercation.

When Frank Ski asked what happened, Candiace says, “But I will ask you this question. You have children, yes? So when your children were young and wanted attention, what did they do?” Frank answers, “Act out.” Then Candiace says, “That’s what I’ll say. Some people like to act out for attention.”

Frank then asks who pulled whose hair. Candiace says, “What do you think? You spoke on my resume, you spoke on who I am and you see I am. What Frank Ski do you think? What do you think?” She says that her mother taught her “home training.” She adds, “I was attacked. I did not attack. I was attacked.”

Candiace then goes on to say she can’t believe things played out the way they did. In Candiace’s opinion, RHOP represents the “elite of black royalty.” And it goes against her “morals and values.”

Her lawyer James Walker then steps in and says, “You can’t assault someone. In America, we have laws called assault and battery. You can’t just assault somebody. So during a taping, if you decide to reach across the table and grab Frank Ski and pull him across and slam him down and the five people in this room have to get me off you, that’s assault and battery. And you can’t just do that. So that’s what we have here.”

When Frank brings up the fact that many people believe Candiace has also displayed violent behavior on the show, her attorney says that viewers only see the “edits” made by producers and they don’t get to see the “full context” of Candiace’s character.

Right now, Candiace is considering filing a civil suit against Monique. And they are waiting for Bravo to release the footage. They also think Monique should apologize.
