PHresher is rubbing Jennaske the wrong way.
Jennaske records in the studio as Rich looks on. She wants to talk to him about her recent blowup with PHresher and his girlfriend Jen. Rich says it wasn’t professional. Jennaske wonders if she needs to talk to PHresher and put an end to their working relationship.
Interestingly enough, PHresher shows up at the studio. He ends up arguing with Jennaske about what happened after he tells her she should have acted like a lady.
At this point, Jennaske tells PHresher that he needs to put his girlfriend in check.
Jonathan and Juju give Cyn an update.
Cyn, Jonathan, and Juju catch up at Cyn’s place. They decide to tell Cyn what Tahiry told them at Jennaske’s showcase. After they tell Cyn that Tahiry said Erica has been trying to get her and Joe back together, Cyn is not happy. She feels like it is messy for Erica to do this considering their past.
Jonathan tells Cyn she needs to talk to Joe to get to the bottom of things.
Safaree is still not in a good place with Erica.
Erica and Safaree aren’t on the best terms. Safaree is in the doghouse because Erica believes he invited Yandy to their wedding after he told her he wouldn’t. Safaree doesn’t believe it was an actual invite though.
Safaree tries to apologize for everything but Erica doesn’t believe his apology is sincere. He also disagrees that the text he sent Yandy was an actual invitation. Safaree says he just asked Yandy how she would feel about coming. Regardless, Erica tells him she shouldn’t have had to find out he invited Yandy from Yandy. He should have told her this himself. This makes her not trust him.
Papoose and Remy have to figure things out.
Remy and Papoose go out on a date. She wants to go to Miami and record music after talking to Fat Joe. But Papoose says that he can’t go to Miami because he has to work on his own music career. He already put his career to the side after Remy’s past legal issues.
This disappoints Remy because she figured Papoose would go to Miami as well. But he suggests she leaves their daughter with him so she can work in Miami. Remy laughs at this because she knows Papoose can’t do anything about breastfeeding.
Remy says she’s not leaving the baby with him and he’s not canceling his work plans.
Jen is over it.
PHresher tries to talk to Jen after she kicks him out of their place. But she’s not receptive. Jen says he was too touchy-feely with Jennaske when she got to the showcase and it angered her. Especially since PHresher has cheated on her in the past.
Tahiry checks Safaree.
Safaree and Tahiry catch up at a salsa class. Tahiry says he needs to make things right with Erica because right now Erica looks like she has a problem with Yandy when she doesn’t. And Erica should never find out something about Safaree from another woman. They need to fix their communication issues.
While Cyn is recording music, Joe shows up. Cyn brings up what she heard about Erica. While Joe says he doesn’t have anything going on with Tahiry, Cyn says she needs Joe to respect her and not entertain Erica’s actions. She warns him that she’s not the one for him to play with.
Rich pushes Jennaske to make a choice.
While Remy is recording, Fat Joe FaceTimes her. She tells him that she’s still trying to figure out things with Papoose. She prefers that Pap be in Miami with her. But she knows that it’s time for Papoose to focus on his own career after he’s sacrificed so much for her.
Jennaske and Rich go to a radio station for an interview. While they are there, Jennaske freestyles. DJ Kay Slay is impressed. After Rich points out that he came through for her multiple times, including booking the radio interview, Jennaske officially makes him her manager.
Erica and Safaree make up.
Safaree decides to make things right with Erica by surprising her with a sweet romantic gesture that includes candlelight and flowers. He also proposes again with a watch. She happily forgives him.
Erica has no regrets.
Jonathan and Cyn meet up with Erica. Erica says that she isn’t playing cupid, but she’s aware of the chemistry that is still between Joe and Tahiry. She says she doesn’t think about Cyn’s feelings when she makes decisions.
Cyn breaks down in tears and says that Erica is being messy. This annoys Erica and she says that Cyn is just trying to make her out to be the bad guy. She’s just Team Tahiry and Joe. And she’s not moved by Cyn’s crocodile tears because Cyn has been saying leaving Joe was the best decision for her.
Frustrated that Erica isn’t hearing what she has to say, Cyn storms off when she gets a phone call from her sister.
