Martell and Melody may have separated.

When it comes to “Love & Marriage: Huntsville,” Melody and Martell Holt probably keep viewers talking the most. Their strained marriage has been well documented on and off the show.

And these days, it seems as if they have separated. Melody recently accused Martell of cheating on her again while she was pregnant. And Martell seemingly made accusations of his own on social media recently.

Martell wanted an open marriage?

While promoting the season premiere, Executive Producer Carlos King interviewed the cast on Instagram Live.

Carlos asked Martell what he thought about “entanglements.” Of course, Jada Pinkett Smith caused controversy when she said she had an entanglement with August Alsina after she and Will Smith had broken up.

On entanglements, Martell said, “Sh*t if Melody and I had that agreement, we’ll be good right now! Sh*t!”

He added, “Well my thoughts when it comes to just say a married couple and you want to involve someone else in it…I feel that it shouldn’t be any cheating, first off, right? Regardless of what I’ve done in the past, I feel that it shouldn’t be any cheating. I feel that it should be an understanding. If one person can’t bring to the table what’s necessary but you know you love this person dearly, you know you love your wife, your husband, your boyfriend, girlfriend dearly…but they can’t bring everything to the table, it should be some type of agreement to allow someone else to come in and fulfill that need or whatnot.”

Martell stressed that both parties in a marriage must agree, “And I think that both parties should agree. I mean if they can’t agree, they might need to part ways because that’s when cheating will come in and that’s what’s going to ruin everything. That’s gonna hurt the relationship. Hurt the marriage. That’s when divorce comes. That’s when the kids and everything…it turns into a wreck.”
