Gizelle was very critical of Monique’s altercation with Candiace.

Real Housewives of Potomac” star Monique Samuels had an eventful upcoming season. She had a physical altercation with Candiace Dillard. Things got really messy afterward, too. And it’s said that this situation caused a division with the cast. Monique and Candiace probably won’t be able to mend things anytime soon. But the situation has also worsened things between Gizelle Bryant and Monique as well.

Gizelle said she no longer wants to be around Monique. Rumors spread claiming Gizelle wanted Monique off the show. And she had support from Robyn Dixon and Candiace Dillard.

However, Monique has some support. Sources claimed Ashley Darby and Karen Huger don’t want Monique off the show.

Regardless, Gizelle had a lot to say about the altercation while filming. She said RHOP has always stayed above the stereotypes. So Monique ruined that by assaulting Candiace. And this not a good look for black women.

Is Monique leaving RHOP?

At one point, Gizelle’s comments really bothered Monique. It even seemed as if she was willing to walk away from the show. Rumors would only intensify when she didn’t go on the cast trip. However, Monique would later say she didn’t go due to legal reasons. At the time, she and Candiace had taken their feud to court. All charges have since been dismissed though.

Although the season won’t start up until August 2, some fans have already been wondering if the upcoming season will be Monique’s last.

Monique recently did an interview with “The Morning Show” to promote her new single, “Drag Queens.” She was asked if she’s leaving the show. And Monique said, “Oh, I’m not going anywhere. I’m not going anywhere. It’s going to take a lot more to get me to leave.”
