Monique has been accused of being “hood.”

Monique Samuels has had just about enough of the criticism coming from fellow “Real Housewives of Potomac” star Gizelle Bryant. In fact, Monique thinks the comments Gizelle made about the altercation were hypocritical.

When it comes to Monique and Candiace Dillard’s altercation, Gizelle said the RHOP ladies have been able to stay above the stereotypes. But Monique ruined that by putting her hands on Candiace.

Candiace agrees and she has stated that Monique’s actions were very hood-like.

But Monique believes she’s not the only one who has exhibited this type of behavior.

Monique accuses Gizelle of being unhappy.

During a recent interview with Style Caster, Monique addressed Gizelle’s criticism of her. And she said Gizelle is a hypocrite. In fact, she pointed out times when Gizelle didn’t stay above the stereotype either. Monique said it was problematic for Gizelle to bring Robyn Dixon to Ashley’s restaurant to confront her seasons ago. And things could have turned physical at that moment if Ashley was a “different person.”

Monique also said that Gizelle telling Ashley that Charrisse Jackson-Jordan would drag her “Under the river and through the woods” wasn’t staying above stereotypes. She also stated that Gizelle actually egged on that feud as well.

Monique then said that Gizelle “tears down other Black women all the time.” An example of that was when Gizelle had t-shirts made to mock Karen Huger amid Ray Huger’s tax problems. She also expressed that Gizelle also puts down the businesses the other women have on the show. So she doesn’t understand how Gizelle has done much to stay above the stereotypes she’s so concerned about.

At this point, Monique doesn’t think Gizelle is a happy person and she needs to learn how to love herself.
