Mariah is ready to go to court.

Fans of “Married to Medicine” have had a lot to say since Mariah Huq has revealed she may not be on the upcoming season. So far, she has not received a contract. At this point, she doesn’t think she will receive one. During a recent interview, she made some shocking claims. She said that one of the producers over at Purveyors of Pop told her she couldn’t wear a hijab while she filming her green screen interviews.

She also believes that the drug accusations made by Quad Webb were used to push her off the show.

And she’s been stripped of all her power despite being the creator of the franchise. In fact, she’s had no say so in the Houston and LA spinoffs. This is despite her contract stating she would have power. So Mariah is in the process of filing a lawsuit.

Dr. Heavenly Kimes addressed this on her YouTube channel. And she said that what Mariah said was truth mixed with lies. Now Dr. Contessa Metcalfe seemingly responded as well.

Contessa seemingly addresses Mariah’s claims.

During a recent interview with Sheen Magazine, Contessa said, “I would just say keep all of us in your prayers, everybody on the show. I pray for everybody, I ve been praying for everybody’s journey. I know it’s been a lot of us in the media. A lot of talk.”

She added, “Keep us all in your prayers. It’s always more than what you see. You can read the blogs and all that kind of stuff about what’s going on behind the scenes, but it’s always more to the story.”

In related news, Contessa also shared some good news. Last season, she clashed with her husband Dr. Scott Metcalfe over going back to school to get a degree in Public Health. The issue was she decided to do a program in Nashville, Tennessee. Well, she has now finished the program. So she’s a step closer to becoming Surgeon General.
