Katie had tension with Ashley before her exit.
Katie Rost’s return to “Real Housewives of Potomac” was an interesting one. She was dealing with child custody issues with her ex, but she also had some tension with Ashley Darby. After Michael Darby was accused of groping a cameraman, Katie made some accusations of her own. She made the accusations during a conversation with Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon.
Katie claimed that she and an ex-boyfriend went out with Michael. But things got weird because Michael allegedly told Katie’s ex to pick up the phone when he calls. And Michael allegedly did this in a flirty manner.
Ashley was furious. So jabs were thrown on social media. Katie wasn’t invited to the reunion, so there was never a resolution between the women.
Katie took to social media to call out the producers, too.
Fans want Katie to return but she’s not interested.
Katie did not film for the upcoming season either. Instead, newbie Dr. Wendy Osefo was brought on. She’s being introduced as a friend to Candiace Dillard. She ends up getting into it with Ashley too while she filmed.
Although a lot of fans are looking forward to the new season thanks to an explosive altercation that took place between Candiace and Monique Samuels, some are still wishing Katie was still on the show. In fact, one of Katie’s followers recently mentioned this on Instagram. And after they told Katie they wish she would return to RHOP, Katie wrote, “I’d rather have a root canal.”
Well, it looks as if Katie is over the show. And while some fans would love for her to return in the near future, they probably shouldn’t hold their breath.
