Ray J opens up about filing for divorce.
When it comes to Ray J and Princess Love, the “Love And Hip Hop Hollywood” stars have had a lot of ups and downs in their marriages. And recently, it seemed as if both may now be serious about pulling the plug on it. Ray J recently filed for divorce just months after Princess Love withdrew her own divorce petition.
However, Ray J had some interesting things to say about the situation during a recent appearance on “The Real.”
After revealing that he didn’t tell Princess he was filing for divorce, Ray J said, “Well, I mean, again, I mean, when you’re in your own relationship, sometimes, you know, sometimes you do things, you know, spontaneously, sometimes you move too fast, sometimes you make mistakes, you know what I mean? And so… I’m not saying that that’s what I did, or I made a mistake, but I don’t know if I did make a mistake. I don’t know, you know what I mean, you know, I have every right to just not know, you know, and still just try to figure it out. But again, I feel like me and her could be our own little world together and just live in our world as opposed to this world outside of it, you know, we’ll just, we’ll be in a better place.”
Ray J wants to work things out with Princess.
Loni Love then stepped in and said that this is why she’s convinced that Ray J and Princess need counseling.
In response to this, Ray J said he just wants to be with his family.
At this point, Jeannie Mai flat out asked Ray J if he still wants to be married to Princess. He said, “Yes.”
Jeannie then echoed what Lonnie said and also suggested that Ray J and Princess get counseling so they can get the tools necessary to have honest conversations about their issues.
