Kenya is ready to move forward.
LaToya comes over to Kenya’s place. They discuss Drew’s wig and LaToya says it’s not a wig, but a pet. In a green screen interview, Kenya questions how Drew could have been in Hollywood all these years and not have better wigs.
Both women do a lot of laughing about the topic.
LaToya then says she doesn’t have any real issues with Drew. They just have different opinions on certain things.
While LeToya is over her marriage, Kenya realizes she’s done with hers as well. It’s time for her to move on and live her life. So LaToya takes photos for Kenya to use on dating apps.
Cynthia gives Kenya and Kandi an update.
Kenya, Cynthia, and Kandi work out at Lake Bailey. After they take a break, they discuss the wedding. Since Cynthia wants to still have 250 guests during the pandemic, she is thinking about having it at her home. In the meantime, she’s kind of been putting off doing a prenup with Mike.
Kandi warns Cynthia to get on this fast because she had some issues when she had to do one with Todd.
Kenya suggests that people leave with what they came with. And anything they got together should be split 50/50 in the event of a divorce.
Tanya, Porsha, and Lauren get together for a day at a friend, Falynn’s, pool. En route, Porsha confirms she broke up with Dennis. They clashed a lot during the quarantine.
Falynn is introduced.
When they get to Falynn’s house, they speak to her husband Simon. The ladies then try to relax at the pool and after some laughter and horsing around, they then talk in the jacuzzi.
Porsha talks about being arrested while protesting. It’s been a very emotional time for her. She just wants black people not to feel hopeless. Change is possible.
Drew and Ralph have more tension because Ralph doesn’t want to be more open about their house buying process. In a green screen interview, Drew says she doesn’t want to be a “kept woman.” So she doesn’t like that he doesn’t feel the need to include her in these kinds of things.
They will get counseling and learn how to communicate better.
Cynthia is stressing over the wedding.
Mike, Cynthia, and Mal go see a wedding venue. It can fit 250 guests and Cynthia figures all the guests can wear masks.
The issue now is the date. Cynthia and Mike agreed they would tie the knot on 10/10/20.
With the stress of everything, Mike questions if Cynthia is even excited about just marrying him. She says she is but she gets upset when she is urged to be open to having a plan B. She may not get everything she wants. The venue may have to change. It’s also possible the date won’t work and she may have to shorten the guest list.
They end up arguing in the car when Cynthia says she doesn’t know if they are getting married on 10/10/20.
