Gizelle Bryant has been accused of stirring the pot.

Real Housewives of Potomac” star Gizelle Bryant isn’t a stranger to controversy. In fact, she ends up in quite a bit of it every season. While Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard’s altercation was the main storyline in season 5, Gizelle wasn’t drama-free. She made it clear that she was Team Candiace. So she told Monique that she didn’t want to be around her anymore.

When it came to Gizelle’s decision to avoid Monique, she said this needed to happen to protect her image. She also wanted to make sure that Jamal Bryant’s image was protected as well.

Well, Karen Huger wasn’t buying this. And she said that Gizelle wasn’t being honest and the truth is she has been jealous of Monique since her first season on “Real Housewives of Potomac.” So she used the situation as a way to ice Monique out of the show.

Gizelle was also accused of trying to bring a paternity rumor about Chase Samuels on the show. Although Gizelle denied this, at the reunion, a clip was shown of her mentioning the rumor to Robyn Dixon. But she would later say that Chris Samuels opened the door to her making the comments by telling her that Chase looked just like him.

Buffie Purselle has something to say about Gizelle Bryant.

Although Gizelle denied that there was ever a “plot” to bring the rumor on the show, Candiace made a video on Instagram in which she broke down the said plot. However, some viewers called foul because the clip was not shown at the reunion. So they felt as if Chris and Monique were gaslit.

Some also accused Gizelle of being protected by the higher-ups. Interestingly enough, “Married to Medicine” star Buffie Purselle recently had something to say about this. And it involved a comparison involving Dr. Heavenly Kimes.
