Dr. Contessa Metcalfe gives Quad Webb and Dr. Jackie Walters an update.
When the trailer for season 8 of “Married to Medicine” dropped, it led to a lot of questions from fans of the show. Certain scenes made it seem as if Dr. Scott Metcalfe was cheating. In one scene, Kari Wells appeared to ask if Scott was sent naked photos of other women. Plus, Contessa discussed cheating with the other women as well as “Real Housewives of Potomac” stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon.
Later on in the trailer, Contessa was tearful after an intense conversation with Scott. And Dr. Heavenly Kimes stepped in on behalf of her close friend and made it clear that she was getting ready to press Scott for some answers.
On the previous episode, Contessa was shocked after Scott told her he’s been talking to a female therapist. Contessa didn’t understand this because he told her he refused to go to therapy with her. He also said he hasn’t paid this therapist for her time.

Quad says, “He has been spending time with another woman in seven months and you know nothing about this woman?” She goes on to ask Contessa if she thinks this means Scott is cheating. And Contessa says, “I don’t think he’s cheating. I’m just saying that’s another inappropriate relationship with another woman.”
In a green screen interview, Jackie says, “Contessa’s been dropping these hints that something’s not right in their marriage.” She adds, “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. And if she doesn’t do something now, it’s gonna burn up. It’s over.”
