Fans think Cynthia Bailey is out on RHOA, Kandi Burruss is returning.
When one season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” ends, it doesn’t take long for people to speculate about what cast changes could be made for the upcoming season. Some fans are thinking that Cynthia Bailey won’t be returning. And others think Kandi Burruss is out and Phaedra Parks will return. Of course, speculation increased after Phaedra recently appeared on “Watch What Happens Live.” She admitted that she isn’t opposed to coming back at some point.
Cynthia was asked about her future on the show during a recent interview with Sheen Magazine. In fact, she was asked if she would keep returning to RHOA.
She said, “I would 100 percent would always want the option. With the Housewives, every year you’re either invited back or you may not wanna come back. Whatever it is, whatever your situation is. But you know you always wanna have the option. I always want to have the option. And right now, we’re not currently filming at the moment. So you know I have some time to think about which direction I want to go. They have time to figure out what they want to do with the show. That’s bigger than me. Just tell me if I have the option to come back or not. If I do, let me think about it and figure it out like I do every year. It’s been 11 years now. So I’ve had a h*ll of a run.”
Cynthia continued, “Here’s the thing, rather I do or not, I’m still gonna be working somewhere. That will be the next part of the journey. If I’m not on ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ you better believe these cheekbones will be on TV doing something. You have not seen the last of these cheekbones.”
She also showed gratitude to Bravo, “I am beyond grateful to Bravo and NBC to be on this television because I am known as Cynthia Bailey, mostly known from the fashion industry. I was not a household name. These folks have made me famous.” And her faith remains strong, “But you know, God is good. One of my favorite bible verses is, not my will, God’s will be done. I don’t live in fear. When one door closes, another one opens. And if it don’t open, I’ma go open it up.”
At this point, Cynthia is excited for whatever the future holds, “I had a very successful career before Housewives and you best believe and as much as I’ve done on the show, I will be fine after so God is good. And I’m looking forward to doing…I enjoy doing television but it doesn’t always have to be in this capacity. So I’m looking forward to doing other things with Bravo.”

Kandi talked about her status on RHOA as well. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kandi confirmed that she is returning and she also confirmed that her spinoff with OLG is on the way as well.
