RHOP Recap: Wendy Thinks Robyn & Gizelle Are Only Loyal to Each Other

Robyn is struggling, Gizelle has questions about Mia.

Robyn and Juan are having tension because Robyn has been struggling mentally just even getting out of the bed. He tells her she needs to do better and stop making excuses.

Karen is still focused on her LaDame beauty empire. She’s now in phase two with her wig line. She holds a virtual meeting with Ray to discuss her new wigs.

Ashley and Gizelle grab a bite to eat. They discuss Ashley’s pregnancy and she says that this time around she has a nanny. In a green screen interview, Gizelle says she hopes Michael doesn’t do any funny business with the nanny.

They also discuss Mia and how she said Gizelle may just be just a pretty face after Karen said that Gizelle wished death on Ray. At this point, Gizelle thinks Mia could be a flip-flopper. And she wonders where she really stands.

Gizelle wants to throw a pamper party for Ashley and Ashley requests that Gizelle invites Karen. Gizelle reluctantly agrees to this.

Robyn is confused by Wendy’s actions.

Robyn’s friend Askale helps her with her hat business. Wendy comes by the office and she’s happy to hear that Askale is Ethiopian. Wendy tells Robyn that she wants to start her own home essential line. And her first product will be candles. In a green screen interview, Robyn questions what happened to Wendy’s focus on her political career. This new business venture doesn’t really fit in Robyn’s opinion.

Wendy discusses her issues with Mia. And Mia discusses her issues with Wendy with her husband Gordon. Mia thinks that Wendy is controlling towards her husband Eddie. And Robyn tells Wendy she was confused by Wendy defending Karen at her event. And Wendy says that she just said what she felt needed to be said. She’s in a peaceful place with Karen. In a green screen interview, Robyn says Wendy’s behavior isn’t making sense.

Dorothy wars Candiace about her new business decision.

Candiace receives a FaceTime call from her mother Dorothy. She says that’s she’ll be meeting Karen soon and she needs to hear Karen apologize for taking up for Monique. She also says that Chris is managing her career, and Dorothy warns her that things can go left when men leave their jobs to make money from their wives full time. This annoys Candiace and she wants Dorothy to mind her business.

Wendy has fears and Mia questions how to move forward with her mother.

Wendy goes by Karen’s to discuss her new venture. She lets Karen get a glimpse and whiff of her first candle. Karen is impressed and tells Wendy to double her $20,000 budget. And she has to figure out why people would buy her candle and not someone else’s. Wendy is terrified and she’s not sure she can do this. And Karen tells her she can.

Mia tells Gordon that she’s struggling to have a relationship with her mother because she ended up in foster care when she was young. Gordon says she should just give it time.

Candiace isn’t sure she’ll be close to Karen again.

Karen goes by to Candiace’s new home. They discuss what happened last season between Candiace and Monique. Karen says she doesn’t regret being neutral during that time. And she was ganged up on for that by everyone else. After Karen says she wouldn’t have done anything differently, Candiace gets a little tearful. She’s not sure if she can trust Karen again and they may not ever be as close as they were.

In a green screen interview, Candiace says she will be cordial with Karen. But she doesn’t think Karen can be a true friend.

Wendy has new feelings about Robyn and Gizelle.

It’s the day of Gizelle’s pamper event for Ashley. After Mia gets there, Karen asks her if she and Wendy are okay. Both of the women talk about Mia’s response after Wendy asked her to get her hand out of her face. Wendy gets fed up and tells Mia to never try her like that again. Mia says she talks with her hands so if Wendy doesn’t like her demeanor she can sit somewhere else. Wendy says that she has time today.

She goes on to say that Mia is just mad because she keeps putting her foot in her mouth. After things get really heated, Mia decides she’s good on Wendy so she walks away to get a massage. Robyn and Gizelle want Wendy to calm down and this makes Wendy feel like they aren’t loyal to her. And at this point, she doesn’t think Gizelle and Robyn are loyal to anyone but each other.

Mia tries to clear things up.

Candiace pulls Wendy to the side and tells her not to let Mia get under her skin.

Askale tells Karen she heard that she drinks too much. Producers flash back to Robyn telling her that Karen has a drinking problem. Karen says it’s not okay to call someone a drunk and producers flash back to Karen calling Gizelle a drunk.

When Mia comes back to join the rest of the ladies, she says she met Gordon while she was bartending at the strip club. Not too long later, she began to strip. But she says she worked at a gentleman’s club. They didn’t have a pole. And they wore “long gowns.” And she didn’t have to take off her clothes much because some men just wanted to be in her presence. In a green screen interview, Candiace and Ashley doubt Mia’s story.
