On tonight’s “Queen Sugar,” Prosper’s in the hospital after the assault at the hands of the Sheriff. While by his side, the Bordelon’s are greeted by Prosper’s daughter Billie. Billie immediately removes Aunt Vi and her whole family from Prosper’s visitation list.
This leads to major tension between Aunt Vi and Billie. Micah also calls Charely who immediately flies in from California. She speaks to Billie to no avail but Nova’s able to convince Billie to allow Aunt Vi to visit Prosper.
Meanwhile, Nova’s reeling as a hashtag trends on social media that’s critical of her past relationship with Calvin. She runs into Dominic who gives her clear advice.
Lastly, Darla and Ralph Angel learn the gender of their baby, Micah relives his run-in with the police, and Ralph Angel shares a tender moment as Prosper recovers.
