Fans want to see more of Erica Dixon on LHHATL.
Erica Dixon has struggled to have a successful co-parenting relationship with Scrappy. The “Love And Hip Hop Atlanta” stars had a contentious on and off romance. So it’s probably not shocking that it was rocky for them to learn how to get on the same page about their daughter Emani Richardson after their engagement didn’t work out. However, they appeared to hash things out on “VH1: Family Reunion.” And Erica seemed to make peace with Scrappy and Bambi.
On the current season of LHHATL, one of the focal points was Scrappy and Bambi‘s marriage. They had hit another rough patch. And they even discussed possibly pulling the plug on their marriage. By the end of the season, they were able to talk things out. Both agreed they wanted to fight for their marriage and work on their mental health.
Erica was also on the show but she only made a couple of small appearances when the cast traveled to Dubai for Mendeeees Harris and Yandy’s Smith vow renewal ceremony. So some longtime fans have questioned why they no longer see much of Erica.
An Instagram follower asked Erica about this while she was on Instagram Live. In response to this, she said, “I need to see more of you on TV…me too, honey. We filmed, I thought I was gon see more of me but like I said, somebody hating. Who? We don’t know.” She continued, “Oh, somebody said I should start my own show. ‘Erica’s Reality’ is on the way. Wait for it.”
Erica Dixon doesn’t want to be asked about Scrappy.
Another Instagram follower brought up Scrappy. This is when Erica wanted to make it clear that she doesn’t want people to ask her questions about her ex. “Okay. I’ma just say this one time and one time only. Please don’t ask me nothing about Scrappy. I don’t care nothing bout them folks. F*ck them folks. Okay? I’m living. Life is good over here, okay? I own my business, own my car, we good. My children straight. They sitting on condos and businesses. Emani getting mail here every day. This really Emani’s store. Then I just gave her my condo.”
She continued, “Don’t ask me about what nobody else got going on. I couldn’t care less. My aim and my goal is for my children to be straight when I’m up out of here.”
Erica also said that she’s in a relationship. And she’s still on good terms with Momma Dee.
Bambi and Erica Dixon are back on bad terms.
During another Instagram Live session, Erica addressed not being shown a lot on the recent season of LHHATL. “Let me tell y’all how ‘Love And Hip Hop’ works. It doesn’t matter what you film, doesn’t matter if you do have a story, it’s all a matter of whether or not they want to put you in that episode, okay? And as for me, my past is my past. I no longer want to be attached to certain people because I have moved on and I’m happy in my relationship.”
She continued, “I’m happy with my children, just happy overall in life. And no one, no amount of money is gonna make me go back and act any type of way. I don’t get paid for acting. I’m a real b*tch. I don’t know how to be any other way.”
Erica wonders if her life is too positive for the show. “Y’all asking why y’all ain’t see me on there. I guess they decided that my sh*t was too positive, wasn’t ghetto enough and I don’t want to be attached to certain people so it was not aired.”
Despite making peace with Bambi on “VH1: Family Reunion,” Erica said she doesn’t like Bambi. “Don’t ask me nothing about Bambi. I do not like her, do not care for her in no way shape or form. And that’s just on some real b*tch sh*t. Don’t ask me about nobody you don’t see me with.”
