Candiace Dillard’s feud with Mia Thornton has gotten ugly.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” fans have a lot to say about the latest blowup between Candiace Dillard and Mia Thornton. Candiace went off on Mia for calling her “Drive Back” music video low budget. And she said that it was Mia’s mother who is low budget. This was a controversial clap back in more ways than one. Not only do a lot of fans feel mothers should be off-limits when it comes to insults, but they know Mia’s story. Mia’s mother is actually a recovering drug addict. And Mia has been working on repairing her relationship with her mother.
Candiace didn’t know about any of this at the time of the insult. So when she came for Mia’s mother again during Wendy Osefo’s couples’ trip, the other women tried to get her to back off. But Candiace would only get more upset. And she felt like the cast was ganging up on her and taking Mia’s side.
On the upcoming episode, Mia and the others tell Candiace about the situation. And it doesn’t appear that she backs down from her position even after knowing the facts.
During the After Show, Candiace has more to say about all the drama. She feels like the reaction from other cast members is due to the fact that she is a dark-skinned woman.
