A producer steps in.
There has been a lot of drama on “Porsha’s Family Matters.” Porsha Williams hasn’t been getting along with Dennis McKinley or his mother. But she thought everyone could hash things out at a family retreat in Mexico. Porsha’s sister Lauren Williams urged everyone to participate in spiritual healing activities. So they took a lot of time to meditate and talk things out. However, the drama just never waned. Porsha wasn’t happy about Dennis bringing a woman to Mexico. On the recent episode, Porsha swung on Dennis. He was trying to separate Gina and Porsha. This occurred as he and Momma Gina were leaving the family dinner.
On the upcoming episode, it seems as if one of the producers wasn’t feeling how things went down after the altercation. In fact, he was puzzled by Porsha and her family not discussing what took place the night before. So he called them all out.
The producer said, “Nobody is acknowledging what happened last night. If we’re talking about moving forward…if everyone’s pretending it didn’t happen…and I’m just wondering why?”
In a green screen interview, Porsha’s cousin Londie explained why the family wasn’t trying to discuss the altercation between Dennis and Porsha.
“The producer definitely has a point. It’s confusing but no one wants to just throw anyone under the bus because at the end of the day these are all very successful black women and men. And I don’t think anyone wanted one person to take all of the blame.”
