Porsha Williams doesn’t believe her career is over in spite of the backlash?
There has been a lot of talk about “Porsha’s Family Matters” on social media. Porsha Williams has been labeled as a fan favorite by Bravo for years. So many were shocked when she announced she was leaving “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” However, concerns waned at the announcement of her new spinoff show. Many thought the show would focus on Porsha’s engagement to Simon Guobadia. However, the focus point was actually Porsha’s fallout with Dennis McKinley.
The altercation was a low point for the show. Although Porsha seemed to insinuate that Dennis was violent first, her Aunt Liz says Dennis did nothing wrong. And he was attacked as he was leaving dinner with Mama Gina. Plus, none of the footage seemed to show Dennis hitting anyone. However, Porsha said that cameras didn’t catch all that happened that day.
Regardless, her statement hasn’t done much to silence her critics. But she did respond when one critic, in particular, said her career is dead.
The Twitter user posted a GIF of someone throwing dirt on a grave. They wrote, “Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to say goodbye to Porsha’s career. She will be remembered as the #RHOA Housewife who made a fool of herself when given an opportunity that could’ve went to another deserving housewife! She will not be missed.”
In response to this, Porsha wrote, “D*mn a grave.”
