Melody Holt and Destiny Payton-Williams clashed on the recent season of LAMH.
“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” star Melody Holt had a nasty split from Martell Holt. She said Martell was unfaithful for years. Although they tried to work things out, she suspected he was cheating again at the start of the pandemic. He would leave the house often. When asked where he was going, he supposedly told Melody he was going to the gym. Since Melody didn’t believe him she filed for divorce. Martell later told her his longtime mistress, Arionne Curry, was pregnant with his fifth child. For Melody, she and Martell just entered a place they couldn’t come back from. So she was ready to start the process of moving on with her life.
Interestingly enough, Melody later learned Destiny Payton-Williams was going through a divorce of her own at the same time. For Melody, it offended her that Destiny didn’t tell her that her marriage to La’Berrick Williams was ending. However, Destiny said that she didn’t tell Melody what was going on because she didn’t want to burden her. In Destiny’s opinion, Melody had enough on her plate already.
Both women seemed to struggle to move forward with their friendship during the recent season. However, Melody said that she didn’t have any issues with Destiny at the reunion. For Destiny, she felt the need to call out Melody. And she said she hasn’t spoken to Melody since they wrapped filming for season 3.
Well, fans of the show are starting to suspect that things have worsened between Destiny and Melody as they film season 4 of LAMH. And it looks as if shade has been thrown back and forth on social media.
