Some of the other women on RHOP believe Candiace Dillard is a provocateur.
Candiace Dillard‘s rule on “Real Housewives of Potomac” is she will be peaceful until someone disturbs her peace. And the moment someone does want problems with her, she’s ready and willing to give them what they were looking for. She has stressed that all real housewives should be able to fight with their words. Violence is where she draws the line. So when some RHOP fans expressed that they felt Candiace provoked her altercation with Monique Samuels, Candiace felt this was nonsense.
She was so upset about what occurred on the show that she no longer wanted to be on the show if Monique returned. Interestingly enough, Monique decided to walk away. But Candiace still received some backlash due to her feud with Mia Thornton.
Mia was invited to be a part of the “Drive Back” music video shoot. While there, she asked Candiace’s mother if Chris Bassett was being paid to manage Candiace’s career. When Candiace confronted Mia about this, Mia defended her actions. And she called the video shoot “low budget.” In response to this, Candiace said Mia’s mother is low budget. But she had no idea that Mia’s mother is a recovering drug addict.
Some fans took to social media to call out Candiace. And they felt her actions towards Mia showed that Candiace was not without fault when it came to her altercation with Monique. When Andy Cohen, Gizelle Bryant, and Karen Huger echoed this sentiment at the reunion; Candiace was not having it. She pointed out that Karen and Gizelle have said some harsh things as well while filming the show. Yet, no one has ever put their hands on either woman. So she deserves the same kind of respect.
She also wondered if colorism played a role since she feels Ashley Darby has said worse but it doesn’t appear to Candiace that Ashley receives the same level of criticism.
Regardless, Karen warned Candiace to be careful about how she treats everyone because she could eventually be iced out of the group.

Well, a new report has some RHOP fans wondering if Candiace’s time on the show may be coming to an end. As the cast prepares to film the upcoming season, a new report alleges that an East Coast housewife is losing her job.
According to Bravo And Cocktails, a “problematic” East Coast housewife is rumored to not be receiving a contract for the upcoming season. The report says that Bravo executives now recognize that this housewife has not been a “good look” for the franchise. This person doesn’t own up to their mistakes and fans have been calling for her termination on social media.

While Candiace was never named and the report doesn’t confirm who the housewife is, some RHOP fans feel the report is about Candiace. Andy said at the reunion that fans were calling for Candiace to be fired on social media. Also, the subject name for the report is “DRAGGED off the cast?”
Candiace also made some suspect she’s the one the report is about due to her recent tweets. In one tweet, she wrote, “Like I said, count on yourself. And Jesus. That’s it and that’s all.” And the other tweet reads, “I’m ready to check out.”
She became a trending topic on Twitter as the report went viral. However, she addressed the report recently on the social media platform. And it doesn’t seem as if Candiace is leaving the show. Candiace tweeted, “Wow. I was trending? You all really want me to be that girl, don’t you? ? ?”
