On the recent episode of “Raising Kanan,” Howard’s near-death experience has him wanting to take a different approach to life. He tells Raq he won’t be upset with Kanan for shooting him. However, he will do what’s necessary to have a relationship with Kanan moving forward. And there is nothing Raq can do about it.
He also tells Raq that he saw Scrappy talking to detectives. So he must be a snitch. This information leads to Scrappy’s demise.
