The drama continues.
Mia Thornton had an explosive rookie season on “Real Housewives of Potomac.” She clashed with Candiace Dillard Bassett. And the issue was Mia came to Candiace’s video shoot with questions about her management. And she asked Miss Dorothy if Chris Bassett was being paid to manage Candiace. Candiace confronted Mia about this. Mia threw some shade and said she was just making sure the video shoot wasn’t low-budget. Candiace clapped back by calling Mia’s mother low-budget. Mia took offense since her mother is a recovering drug addict. However, Candiace didn’t know this at the time.
Well, it seems as if Mia will have an eventful upcoming season. She’s exchanged shade with Karen Huger on social media. And she threw a drink at Wendy Osefo during an argument. Now the preview for the Season 7 premiere features Mia going off on Gizelle Bryant.

In the scene, Gizelle asks Karen if she asked Mia about her social media post. Gizelle then tells Mia, “Speaking to you honestly, reading all of your social media, part of it you changed. Your first post you edited, it seemed very look at me, look at me. I need attention, I need attention. And I’m like Mia girl, Mia I didn’t think you were the girl that need attention that…”
Mia says she doesn’t need attention. So Gizelle questions why she wrote the post. Once Robyn Dixon joined them, Gizelle once again inquired about the post.
“We’re talking about her social media posts. I’m saying as your friend, I wanna let you know they scream extremely like look at me, look at me. I need attention.”
Mia said her post was purposeful, “And so yes, to answer your question, I don’t need attention quite frankly. But what I was using my platform for was for a purpose.” She continued, “So the purpose was I hurting, right? I got a phone call that I had cancer. And I was broken.”
When Gizelle asks Mia if she has cancer, Mia says, “They said your test results came back and it looks like you had lymphoma. Okay, and crying with my husband, crying with my kids, going to the doctor. I was going to the hospital. I was going through everything. It’s been like ****, okay? So for you to sit there and say, that you think I was doing it for attention, **** you!”
Gizelle plays her part well
Yes, but Karen is twirling drama to.
I’m glad Mia checked Gizzille. Karen didn’t agress. She said she wouldn’t do it. But we have to hear her out.
That’s right Mia, get her. Gizelle doesn’t realize, this is why she can’t keep a man, and the only friend that she has is the other green eyed bandit. Why is it her business of what someone puts on their social media. I will not be watching this season neither. I didn’t watch last season.
I love it, the green-eyed bandit. I stopped watching years ago, these women are too much for me.
