Candiace isn’t someone that Ashley wants to be around.
Ashley is preparing for her housewarming party, so she goes shopping with her mother Sheila. They discuss Michael and how co-parenting has been going. Ashley says things have been peaceful, so she’s thankful. However, she’s not sure how things are going to go with Candiace when they see each other since Michael is currently suing Candiace for defamation.
In a green screen interview, Ashley says she doesn’t know what’s going on with the lawsuit because Michael doesn’t talk to her about it. So she’s staying out of it.
When Sheila suggests Ashley invites Candiace to her housewarming party, Ashley says there “isn’t enough sage in the world” for that to happen.
Mia and Karen hash things out.
Karen and Mia talk. Although Mia wants to make peace, Karen is still upset about her alleging someone told her she was cheating on Ray. Mia says someone did tell her that and Karen says it was an untruth. Regardless, Mia is trying to turn a new leaf. She says she gave up drinking because it may have been “mood altering” and that may have been what led to her assaulting Wendy. But she does still drink wine because it’s sold in grocery stores so that means it’s “nutritional.”
They hug it out and agree to move forward.
In a green screen interview, Karen says she doesn’t feel like she can trust that Mia won’t turn on her again. But only time can tell.
Candiace meets with her manager Nye to discuss her upcoming shows and exit plan with her current record label. Nye suggests they invite Drew from RHOA to co-perform again, and Candiace asks him if that’s his “only option.” She says she sold out her Chicago show, so she doesn’t need “anyone of note” to join her any more.
Juan and Robyn talk about the group’s opinions.
Robyn talks to Juan about the recent conversation she had with Gizelle, Charrisse, and Ashley. He says he doesn’t care what people think. Robyn says she doesn’t care and understands he is friends with the female coworker he was photographed at a nail salon with. So the optics aren’t important. Gizelle strongly disagrees.
Juan also confirms he is being sued by a Coppin State University basketball player who accused him of failing to report he was allegedly harassed and blackmailed. He says all he did was try to love and support his players. It’s unfortunate how things unfolded. In a green screen interview, Robyn says she knows Juan didn’t do anything unethical. Juan confirms he was fired from his coaching job.
Nneka is introduced.
Ashley’s friend Nneka is introduced to the show. She’s a lawyer who came from “generational wealth.” Her father is very successful and took great care of her. Now her husband Iyke will do the same. He’s a doctor. So far he’s doing a good job seeing as he just bought them a new 5 bedroom house in Potomac. But she’s so rich that she forgot how many properties she owns and didn’t list them all. So it caused some issues with their home-buying process.
They have been trying to get pregnant and Nneka has been taking her prenatal supplements with champagne every morning.
Wendy is working on a new venture. She is planning to launch her own talk show which will focus on politics and everyday hot topics.
Ashley talks about her last text exchange with Candiace.
Karen invites the ladies to a Pilates class after her doctor tells her she has 5% of calcium in her carotid arteries. Gizelle, Mia, and Ashley attend. They catch up and have small talk. Karen confirms she and Mia hashed things out. They agreed to not bring rumors to each other again. Gizelle then asks if this means Karen will apologize to Robyn for accusing Juan of having a blonde girlfriend. Karen says they can apologize to each other but she doesn’t think she was wrong.
Candiace is discussed. Ashley says Candiace told her not to talk to her ever again because she believes Ashley plotted with Gizelle to defame Chris. So Ashley didn’t invite her to her housewarming party. Gizelle pretends to not even know who Candiace is.
It’s the day of Ashley’s party. Gizelle and Wendy don’t speak. Wendy also doesn’t speak to Mia. Wendy is disgusted when she sees Ashley’s friend Deborah walk in. When Nneka arrives, she introduces herself to everyone. Ashley tells the others that Wendy and Nneka are both Ibo. She is a lawyer at a fintech company.
Ashley stirs the pot between Wendy and Nneka.
Wendy pulls Ashley aside to ask her why she would invite Deborah there if they are friends considering Deborah accused Eddie of being flirty with her last season. Ashley says she is loyal and wasn’t trying to be messy. But she told her what Deborah said because she wanted to be honest. Wendy understands this.
Ashley says in the spirt of keeping things honest, she had a conversation with Nneka. Nneka questioned if Wendy was a medical doctor. Ashley answered that she has a PhD. And Nneka said she’s a Doctor of Philosophy. This is presented to Wendy as shade. However, flashbacks from producers show Nneka was just trying to get clarity.
She goes on to say that Nneka said that Wendy’s family is Osu and they are outcasts in the Nigerian community. Producers flashback to Nneka actually telling Ashley that she didn’t know Wendy’s family ties. And she specified that Osu is seen as having outdated practices.
In a green screen interview, Ashley said she was drunk and she may have accidentally created a feud by getting her facts wrong.
Wendy is offended by what Ashley tells her. She says Osu are considered outcasts. They are not Osu. And it would be forbidden to attend her family events if she was Osu. So it isn’t cool that Nneka would say all of this.

I can’t stand Ashley.
Ashley is a pot stirrer, she knew exactly what she was doing, she stirs things up and then play innocent, like she doesn’t know what is going on, and as for Robyn, I am wondering how long she is going to be wearing her Blind Shades.
Ashley did what she does best repeat.
Robyn and Juan need to stop tslking, they sound like they lying.
Gisselle thinks Karen should apoligise, when Robyn has been after Karen. Gisselle is reaching.
We all know Juan and Robin discussed what they would say when the 📷 started filming…The new housewife said on Rolling Out that Ashley is not the cause of her and Wendy beef HOWEVER Ashley was ASHLEYING!!!! but i love me some Ashley and she Fine.
