Keke and Tiffany reach an understanding.
Tonight’s episode begins with Tiffany walking into Stormi’s guest house for their sit-down with Keke. Stormi mediates and lets Tiffany know none of them liked the comments Tiffany made on Carlos King’s podcast. Keke tells Tiffany that things she said about her during the interview were flat-out lies. Tiffany keeps an open mind as she listens. Tiffany then refers to the spa day that turned to Tiffany when she walked in.
Keke retorts that she heard about what Tiffany said, calling her a “bad cousin” to LaTisha. But Tiffany says she was reacting to what LaTisha told her and Keke tells Tiffany she has no idea what LaTisha has done to her. Tiffany’s also frustrated that everyone is making her and KeKe a point of conflict. But Tiffany says she doesn’t want to be friends with someone who’s always in something.
During their talk, Tiffany expresses that she’s new to this side of Keke that’s being shown by her and apologizes to Keke for jumping to conclusions about her. In the end, they both agree to move forward and to judge each other on what the energy they give off around one another.
Martell stands ten toes down in saying Nell disrespected him regarding Melody.
Next, Martell greets Chris Fletcher as he stops by his new residence. First, they talk about what happened at the Fletcher’s home during their family dinner. Next, Chris brings up how Martell spoke to Nell and Martell tells Chris that Nell can be disrespectful at times. This makes Chris visibly uncomfortable, especially when Martell says he’s going to check any woman who’s being disrespectful to a man.
Chris says Nell can get passionate but Martell felt that was disrespectful. He also wants Martell to talk to him if he feels Nell was disrespectful instead of confronting her about it. But Martell seems dismissive as he explains how Nell defended Melody.
During the talk, Chris points out that Melody did change her last name as Martell keeps calling her Melody “Holt.” This leads Martell to say Melody was chasing clout having the ceremony celebrating the name change.
LaTisha thinks she could be pregnant.
Later on, Kimmi and LaTisha head to a Spa. Because of the specific treatment they going to have, Kimmi takes a pregnancy test. Unsurprisingly, it came back negative. Kimmi mentions in her green screen interview that she’s been experiencing sickness and weight gain. But Kimmi joked with LaTisha bout Marsau having a vasectomy.
During their treatment, Kimmi and LaTisha talk to Keke and Melody. They specifically recap when Melody brought up what happened at Maurice’s BBQ and how she walked out. LaTisha mentions she’s was stressed out when she walked out on Kimmi and Melody, and even brings up that she’s considering going back to being a stay-at-home mom. She mentions how their current home is being worked on and the dream home is under construction which is adding to the stress. The casino night shutdown at Blaque also affected her.
As a result of all of this, LaTisha got a life coach to help her and says Marsau even brought up seeing a marriage therapist, which surprised her.
Chris and his son Flex have a heart-to-heart.
Meanwhile, Chris hosts his son Flex at his office. After they talk business, Chris mentions he hasn’t seen Flex since the family dinner. Chris reminds his son that there needs to be an increased maturity level from Flex, specifically concerning his mom Nell.
It’s at this point, that Flex brings up that he doesn’t like coming around his family because of all the finger-pointing at him. This is as they discuss Nell keeping Flex’s dogs away from him until he pays her back for the vet bills and bail they paid.
Chris brings up that he suspects Flex is suffering from depression when he mentions that he has been avoiding the family since the dinner and that scares him. He gets teary-eyed and tells Flex he’ll do anything he can to help him. It hit home for Chris because he felt that way when he was younger.
Louis and Tiffany walk away from the show.
Later on, Louis and Tiffany are at home with Ace. While together, Tiffany tells Lous about her talk with Keke and Stormi. Lous is glad that the talk went well especially as he knows about Tiffany’s mental state while dealing with postpartum. But Tiffany’s seemingly in denial despite mentioning she’s still not back where she was mentally before the pregnancy.
This leads to a conversation about the things said about them on social media during their time on the show. Louis asks if being part of LAMH is truly the best for all of them. With this, Tiffany agrees and they decide to “take a break” from the show. Tiffany is in tears when she tells Louis that she wants to find Tiffany once again.
What are your thoughts about the episode?
Tiffany and Louis decision to walk awayc from the show was the best decision they ever made. These shows wreck havoc on marriages as demonstrated by the divorce dissolution of marriages on All of the reality shows on Bravo and Own
It’s not worth the mental strife which are primarily a direct result of your putting your life on TV and giving the world the right and opportunity to critique haze lie insinuate and destroy your person family members the children and once working friendships. The pay off is not worth the pay back. I am glad to see Louis was the only man I’ve witness on any of the shows go on camera and say it’s not worth it
Montell is a damn fool. No woman in her right thinking mind has any respect for him. He’s an idiot who lost the best thing he ever had and he is now stuck in the terminal of low hanging fruit.
Chris compassion with his son is to be commended. Mental health and specifically depression is a real issue that should not be swept under the map
Parents look and more importantly hear what your children are saying or not saying.
Latisha and Keekee are prime examples of un addressed family mental health issues playing out in real time on the screen.
VERY EVRY WELL SAID VERY TRUE I AGREE 1000 PERCENT
I totally agree! And, good for them!
Great decision by the Whitlows as it was for Destiny. This show has deteriorated considerably with wretched characters introduced such as Stormi and her husband and Keke being given major screen time for what the producers apparently consider to be good TV and ratings. Eyeballs and ratings would improve if the emphasis returned to the original six plus the Fletchers perhaps.
Martell and Melody should have done the same thing and maybe they would still be married, just let everyone in on their personal life
